Very clean and nice staff in Mentor The food is always ready and hot because I’m usually coming from work which is an hour from mentor but they manage to make my food fresh an it’s always Ready . I tried to tell the one young lady who work their to let me carry my food to my car she told me she needed to help me They are wonderful even store Manager RyanVegetarian options: I Oder a veggie bowl t was delicious did not have to ask for guacamoleParking: Not far from door and the workers will honestly walk you to the car with good in there hands.

We've always loved Moe's, it's always been one of our favorite places. Except yesterday... I had ordered the Moe meat, Moe cheese bowl. I was very disappointed to say the least. There was enough tomato on it for 2 bowls and it was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. So my husband ate it. Needless to say we were both sick half the night. Why on God's green earth would you make something that damn spicy??

There was an issue with the computer system and the restaurant did not receive my online order. The staff was very friendly and understanding. They did everything possible to make it right.

We enjoyed a chicken bowl and a massive burrito. We did real chicken in all, beans and most of the fixing. The charged for quac and so I took none. Sad for my taste buds. They forgot my birthday side dish of melted cheese. Clean building and grounds. This had nice access to get in and out. Handicap spots and entrance area. They got a tip though I did take out and they had a cut open gas can so we could help them with their gas expenses. No job ever paid my gas to work. I did not like the double tip trick.Parking: Clean and enough room to comfortably back out.
Just got 2 chicken bowls, and everything is super salty with a side of salt. Including the guac. So sad, paid 28 bucks ??♀️ come on Moe’s team! You can do better
