What kind of a restaurant doesn't have a bathroom for customers! After spending $22.98 on my meal I was told they don't have a bathroom. Ridiculous! Counter person wasn't even apologetic about it!

Everything was expired, rotten tomatoes, brown lettuce, stale buns... my Roman burger has made me so sick. I got carry out and wanted to eat it at home, then i ate the meat and cheese only and got so sick...

OK whenever I'm in Cleveland I have to come get a Roman burger just because I cannot get them anywhere else but seriously seriously you're charging extra extra just to get extra mayonnaise?? I understand things are going on right now in the country but an up charge for extra mayonnaise?? For an extra dollop of extra mayonnaise I can get a cup of synthetic cheese for my waffle fries! Sad buy this!

Stopped in for a Roman burger, it was fresh , hot and looked exactly like the picture. Tasted great. Good job. Most places don’t do nearly as well.

Love their food, and the service itself is not bad, just will always have to wait like 30 min because their food really is good...just make sure you order ahead so you aren't sitting and waiting for your food for a half hour. Only reason it didn't get 5*. I think the food is worth the wait myself, but I wish they would streamline the process so the food could be at least slightly faster than ordering food from a legit sit down restaurant.

Avoid this location at all costs. The Roman burgers i got were over cooked badly.... The waffle fries were all tiny pieces and chunks and they tasted like elephant ear fries which tells me they don't have separate oil getting stations and don't change them often enough?????
