these two older guys kinda look alike just one short, one tall, every time we order they are rude and have an attitude towards me and i’ve even heard them talk disrespectfully. it seems to me that they could care less about the food or the customer. We have had our order messed up a couple times, only while they are working. we try to avoid ordering when they work. it’s a shame too because we enjoy the pizza, usually, don’t know what else to do besides go somewhere else.

I go to Papa John's, my girls like the pizza very much so! We tend to get the Epic pepperoni which the crust is stuffed. I'm not much of a pizza eater but I have tried this one and it is really good! The service is really good too! We tend to go to the Papa John's over near Lakeshore and 305 across the street from Speedway on Lakeshore in Mentor this location the staff is really nice:-)

A JOKE OF A RESTAURANT. THEY WILL PURPOSELY KEEP THEIR PHONE LINES ON "BUSY" SO THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO TAKE CALLS. I've been a customer for YEARS but quality control is non-existent. Company's will hire literally any stupid person to make pizza with ZERO experience I'm customer service. DO BETTER PAPA JOHNS!!!

absolutely TERRIBLE service!! order food online. realized we had the wrong address and tried to call them to change it. No way to get a hold of anyone. phone was a constant busy. 67 times we called. Arrived at the location and no one was even on the phone. They just stared at us. Absolutely horrible service. Will never order pizza from there ever again!!

While the food is good and the delivery is prompt the reason I’m giving 3 stars is because every single time I order I tell them no pepperoncinis in the pizza box because I’m extremely allergic. To vegetable peppers. And each time its in there ??
