Had the Chicken Diavolo (special) it was awesome!I've never had a bad dish here. And they are so accommodating for kids. It's our favorite date night location in Mentor!

My wife & I always wanted to try this place but couldn’t have been more disappointed. My Cesar salad was drenched with salad dressing I should have asked for it on the side. The restaurant itself had a strong odor of cleaning solution, we were seated in a booth by the kitchen door & restrooms. We waited an hour for our dinners, our waitress went to the kitchen multiple times and we were told they had a party of 37 they had to serve. After watching a parade of servers walk by us with plates of food our waitress went back to the kitchen and was looking for our order. I was able to see into the kitchen from our booth. When the plates finally arrived the food was mediocre at best and tasted like it was sitting under a heat light for an extended period of time. My wife had the chicken diavola , the pasta was clumped in a pile and sticky, the chicken was overcooked and rubbery. My wife barely ate any of it. I had the chicken cacciatore, this is usually my favorite dish but not this time. Again the chicken was overcooked, broccoli was wilted & dark, a round disc that may have been rice & cheese was Burnt on the bottom and the cacciatore sauce was almost black in color. The only bright spot was our waitress did offer a free desert. I will say our specialty drinks were very good but for the price they should be. For the $112 bill I would never recommend this place or ever go back.. one & done!

Both my husband and I have demanding jobs and are normally too exhausted to even go out at the end of the day. I could feel the effects of isolation and decided to make a reservation for a booth in the lounge area where we could go and maybe feel a bit relaxed and social. When we arrived we were seated in the complete corner booth and could not even see other people. Felt like home, only somewhere else. I asked if we could be moved. A woman walked us to an almost empty dining area next to a table with two infants. I said we wanted to be in the lounge. She replied,“The other booths have reservations”. I said, we have reservations. “They are bigger parities”. I said “the booths are all the same size”. At that point the hostess:manager approached and said she saves the booths for those that request to be in the bar. I said “I specifically wrote that in the reservation request”. She said she would go check. She was very rude.We decided to leave and said never mind as we walked out.

Great pasta dishes in a restaurant that resembles its rustic Italian name. I got the Chicken Diavolo and it was very good. There is one page of the menu that features what says is daily fresh made pasta...want to try some more of those. Prices are a bit high compared to other Italian places in the area, but portions are pretty good and food seems pretty high quality. Service was great at the bar. Restaurant is pretty large but it was busy and pretty full when I was there on Saturday. Will definitely go back again.

First time there after wanting to try it out for literally YEARS. Went with some friends and had a great time. 5pm reservation so we didn’t have to wait. Ordered the Chicken Broccolini Alfredo and it was AMAZING. SO good. Had a side Caesar salad before dinner and that was good as well. They make all their dressings in-house. The sauce that comes with the bread was really good too.My friends had the Chicken Parm and it looked awesome. Great portion size. Can’t wait to come back and try the other items I had my eyes on! Highly recommend.
