Update 4/13/24 Stopped in again today and the food is Great as Usual. I also need to shout out Evan for his Amazing and warm customer service. He greeted me as soon as I came in and today is super windy. Evan went out of his way to open the door for me so my food wouldn't blow away as I left. I just really appreciate great customer service and wanted to shout out Evan and this great location!Great food as usual and delivery driver was kind as usual, keep up the great work!

pizza hut is usually my go to place for pizza but lately every time i order from this spot, they always make a thin pizza. Is it just me or does this pizza hut legit forget what a pizza looks like? Cuz it ain't supposed to be that thin Ill say that much lol

I ordered a dinner box from here on Friday 1/5 around 8-9ish everything in the box was hard/dry and over cooked this was my first and last time coming to this

I love this pizza hut. It has been there for years and that's because they have great food and amazing employees!!!
This store used to be really good, but I’ve had issues lately. Everything from not following delivery instructions to not putting toppings on pizza that I paid for to not making the right crust (despite my paying $1 extra for the Original Pan).

Wow. I’m usually a fan of Pizza Hut, but the Mentor Avenue location made me a super-fan. The service from the two young gentlemen, Kyle and Ryan, was second to none. With their service, this wasn’t just a meal - it was an experience.

Very stiff crust, not a lot of cheese. Warm though, and very heavy on sauce. Cooked well. They have a 5.7/10 pie at this Pizza Hut.

We are pizza lovers and have loved Pizza Hut in the past but our 2 pizzas were really thin, dry and had very little sauce or cheese. I have never left a bad review before but this is how bad their pizza was. When I called as to give them a chance they were defensive. No more Pizza Hut for this family. Note to the very nice young man who answered the phone... remaking a pizza makes more financial sense than permanently losing a family of customers.

The delivery guy was great! He got it to us fresh and on time! The pizza was correct. I asked my wife (a former Pizza Hut Assistant Manager) if it was perfect, she replied "not perfect but close." That is a huge compliment from one of the world's toughestcustomers! This store is emerging much better post-Covid. Keep up the great work! We will be back! Oh, I forgot to mention that pizza?It had a lot of Yum!?
