We had a pickup order through online, and were at the speaker for 10 minutes before I spoke up and said “hello” which I got in return a “will be with you shortly” and then continued to wait. car before us left without even ordering, so we decided to go back around and go inside to get our food that would’ve hopefully already been prepared but then happened to wait even longer because it was not done. we waited over an hour for 2 chicken sandwiches

Went through the drive-through asked for two chicken sandwiches. This was about 8:45 PM and they close at 10. They told me they don’t have any more chicken sandwiches and aren’t gonna make anymore. I said so you’re not gonna do your job?. They just said it takes a long time and I would have to wait. So I told him I would wait. And they insisted it’s gonna be a long time. So I just left because they’re garbage over there hope that place gets shut down.

Literally the nastiest fast food there is. After waiting for 10 minutes for the someone to come to take my order, I paid $9 for super dried out and greasy (nuggets) but they were 75% breading, a stale cold biscuit and the coldest unseasoned "cajun" fries I have ever had.Think about the worst fast food restaurant you can imagine with the nastiest food and horrible service... Then go there instead of this place. It will be tens times more enjoyable

I was really looking forward to eating at this particular Popeyes because all the other ones in my neighborhood suck. This one is no different. The employees have no idea what’s going on. It’s so unorganized, I was asked three times what my order was. I work less then 5 minutes from the restaurant. Waited my whole lunch break for someone to bring me old, tasteless chicken. I ordered two thighs and a leg with a small mashed potato. $11 and my time wasted. I will never spend my money at Popeyes again.

We were thrilled when Popeyes opened in Mentor, hoping for top-notch service and fresh food. A good Popeyes can't be beat. However, each visit has been disappointingly slow, with food that's not quite fresh. Unexpected closures due to staffing shortages are common. It's a shame because they have so much potential, and the community really wants them here. Hopefully, they'll eventually see improvement.

I think we can all unanimously agree that this is the worst Popeyes around . If you’re reading this review , do this city a favor , and don’t give this place your money. In hopes it shuts down as quickly as it was opened . The worst Popeyes is an understatement . Not only have the 3 times I’ve gone there been the worst experience of my life , but there’s a reason why everyone I know said this place was terrible. And all the reviews say as well.

I am currently sitting in the drive through and have been for 30 minutes. There was a maximum of 3 cars in front of me. As I was ordering, the employee told me that they were “not going to make anymore chicken” for me. Then, sitting at the window I was just handed a leaking cup and still have not received my food.

Waited in a ridiculously long drive thru line, tried to place an order for 2 16 piece tender family meals and was informed by the disgruntled worker " we don't have that much chicken available, it would take atleast 20 minutes to make that kind of order " We replied we would have no problem waiting and she seemed extra annoyed with our response. We decided we didn't wanna spend close to $100 for angry, and bothered chicken that was probably gonna be fit for the garbage. No thanks, we left and went to Long John Silvers where we spent our money with employees that were happy to help us and did so with a great attitude and a smile. Maybe you should hire folks who wanna serve and make chicken readily available at a chicken restaurant ? Unreal ???

I've always loved Popeyes and was super excited to see one was coming to Mentor! The food was great as always, I got the Original Chicken Sammich and a side of those SPICY jalapenos!! So delicious! The service wasn't bad, the employees looked young and we had a little bit of a wait but, it's still pretty new. 0 on atmosphere because we drove thru.
