Ugh! This was so bad. We waited 40 mins to get sat with a ton of tables open. Definitely short-staffed. Took forever for waiter to come to our table. We noticed how dirty the place was. Our waiter was very nice but took a long long time. We ordered right away. Long story short my mom didn't get her drink til the end of her meal. They were out of 1st Cabernet, 2nd Cabernet, ran out of Pinot Grigio, no baked potatoes, and there were more items but i can't remember what. We were laughing because everything was out but we understand it's not entirely the restaurant's fault but they should have wine. No shortage there. Half our tables food was not good. No one cleared our table when they should have. Tons of plates everywhere. I had to move the plate to a different table. Clearly lacking a manager and kitchen manager. When we were waiting for our table, a customer warned us not to wait because it was so bad. Such a shame. I hope they r able to fix these issues.

The quality is in the dumpster. The food is dry and not very meaty. Honestly, I don't know how this place is still in business. Most of the seating is closed off. Workers really don't care. I remember the old days with all you can eat wings and just a more fun atmosphere, that isn't the case anymore. Giving it two stars only because the sauce is still decent. Perhaps time to just sell sauce.

Once waited 2 hours to get wings here. Called 45 minutes before that. They said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Got there, they said they weren't sure where my order was. Said to wait there. Waited 1 hour. had to go find someone, they said they never heard that there was an issue. Waited another hour, they finally came with the wings and refused to give a discount. I wouldn't have waited had I not taken orders for 7 other people at work who were all wondering where their food was.

DONT waste your time! You make a reservation hours before and when you show up they say we don’t do reservations even when they said on the phone that we couldn’t make it until 6:30 due to it being booked til then.Lied straight to my face said they never said that..Will never go there again!

Superb service. Handmade lemonade ?Stopped in during a snow storm. Excellent atmosphere.... Always friendly. Steak and shrimp cooked perfectly. Chicken tenders Soo juicy.
It is so good. They have a lot of very nice people that work there. There wings are BOMB! I love their BBQ original wings. ??

The ribs were excellent. Fall off the bone and succulent. Basic bbq sauce was also quite good. The tots were a good size but salted to within an inch of their little lives. Salad was wilty. The slaw and mashed were tiny sized and tasteless. I would get ONLY the ribs again but nothing else. Though the tiny twizzlers were cute, the 30 dollar price was ridiculous.
