They messed up my shrimp order. I ordered scampie they brought out breaded. She said no problem I'll get the correct ones. 5 mins later the waitress is at my table wearing rubber gloves and removes the shrimp from the plate. WHAT!!! I'm sure she was advised by someone in management to do this. Reaching onto my plate as I was eating! The look I gave her I was too stunned to say a word. I was basically finished with the meal before the SS shrimp came out. Appalling! $100 meal was absolutely disappointing. There are better places to eat! Unbelievable

Feb.24,20224 I ordered food for a friend that just had a death in their family. I had a headache so I had it delivered to their house. The order was wrong so I called and manager Trisha said sorry we were out of broccoli the delivery truck just got here. She said they would credit my card $4. I have No credit. I called back got manager Christy she said she would talk to Trisha and make sure she submitted the credit. As of today March 9,2024 still no credit! I hate being lied to $4. Will not break my bank but to some it's a lot. As it is the portions are much smaller than they used to be but the price has increased! Shame on you Red Lobster!!!

Food was hot and fresh.. it was a little crowded for my liking.
It’s delicious, but the other day I had to wait for 25 minutes after the scheduled pickup time (I’d gone with curbside). Finally I went in there and it wasn’t busy at all. I got my order after a few minutes but it seemed like it had just been completed. And today, they failed to include butter with my order which I didn’t enjoy as much as a result. I unfortunately was already back in familiar territory when I noticed the missing butter. I came from too far away for it to be worth it to go back, and I live too far away for it to be worth it to come here again based on the negative experiences I’ve had so far. I won’t be back. Sad too, because I like the food so much that I was willing to drive a distance for it.
