So my sister and I went to Pizzazz in Mayfield Village on Friday and when I say the food was AMAZING!!!! Our service was AMAZING, fast forward to today, my sister and I are at Pizzazz in Mentor, they have NO SERVERS, everything is self service, I stayed because my food was so delicious on Friday at the mayfield village location….please never go to the mentor location….this is not PIZZAZZ, mentor pizzazz the food has no flavor, everything is bland, and they charged us $4 for water that is always free and flowing in Mayfield village. Keep in mind there is no one here and my pizza came out cold and flavorless! My feelings are so hurt because we had our mouth set for PIZZAZZ, however this is not it!!!!!

I am not sure what happened tonight but it was far from great service. I went to dinner with my aunt. Walked in and 2 other tables were occupied. We sat down and had a sweet young lady come to get our drink order. Took a while, I think she was making fresh coffee, it was real weak. Then we ordered a deluxe pizza and a cup of Italian wedding soup. We waited, and waited, I had to ask for my soup. My soup was different, not my taste but I like to try out restaurants soups, especially when they state "homemade ". We waited and waited for our pizza... the young lady never came out to see if we needed anything or asked if we would like a refill. We finally had enough. I told her this was ridiculous and we were leaving. She had asked if we wanted to speak to the manager, we said yes. And waited a bit longer he did not appear and we walked out.March 20, 2022

Paid $13/each for two grilled chicken Caesar salads on 4/5/22. Picked up the order at 8:20pm. Got home and found no chicken on the salads, and the most pathetic looking salads. In the pictures, those are croutons. So lettuce, some croutons, and a sprinkle of cheese for $26. I tried calling the store at 8:50pm, 10 minutes before they closed and no one would answer.

55 dollars for food that is completely not worth the price. From the service to the frozen eggplant that tasted like vegetable oil. The pizza was completely under cooked with the cheese sliding off and the burnt on the bottom too!!!! This is completely utterly disappointing, especially traveling 45 minutes away to come here. Our server had no idea either about the menu and what was on it , also they were out of unsweetened iced tea and pesto sauce !!! Are you kidding me. There was dust all over the tables, and the floors haven’t looked like they have been cleaned for years, and the bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor and a tomato slice on the floor too, GROSS. I also ordered a Cesar salad and I was given 10-20 croutons with 10 pieces of lettuce !!! Seriously !!! We used to come here for years and for take out and it was just so disappointing , it was horrific and I will never be spending money here again. Side note be very concerned when you see teenagers running the kitchen, that is not professional.

I know it is a Pizza Place but the Salads are so good. The chicken salad or the Avocado BLT salad. Just amazing. The dressing are unreal in how good and you can buy a bottle to take home because it is made in house!

Terrible! Had to wait an hour for an bowl of soup to arrive! Had to send it back two times!! Soup arrived initially luke-warm! No bread! For an hour! At least it was hot! Dining companions' calzone arrived luke-warm& soggy on the bottom! No refills upon my drink! Asked for an manager. He was all of 25- years young. With an indifferent attitude! Terrible service!!! Terribly run/ managed. We walked-out!!! Won't be back at that location,E-V-E-R-R-R!!!

Went in on a Saturday at 4pm to an empty restaurant, and food came out cold. Waitress brought out salads before appetizers. Appetizers were cold (cheese stick was solid) . Then entrees were delivered cold and we were told it was because the heat lamps were broke. Pasta wasn't drained well and was very watery in wife's chicken parm. I Understand the current employment climate were facing but the restaurant wasnt busy to use short staff as an excuse for cold food.

Was understaffed and not very clean. With everything that's going on and the pandemic I think cleanliness is very important. Should we go back again and it's still dirty we will never go back again.

Came here for a dinner with my Fiancé a short bit ago. The food was wonderful, but the server Sophia was pretty rude the entire time.
Great food and service. Their spaghetti bake is amazing! Nice, quiet atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
