Door dash forgot part of my order so i called the restaurant, and an empolyee (who I did not catch the name unfortunately!) took her personal time after her shift to drive over my missing order! I was so shocked and happy to see this and how amazing of a woman this was. She is exceptional and made my day. Absolutely love this place.

Last time i came they told me i had to special request a styrofoam cup or order inside. So today i requested a styrofoam cup for them to still give you a plastic cup that makes your smoothie melt extra fast. Go back to styrofoam! No one wants a watery smoothie especially when its hot out.

I love these smoothies, today I ordered a smothing bowl and it had a hair, I told the person at the register and they changed it. Recommendation should cover her hair. Otherwise I still love it!
Been a frequent customer here and Mayfield for almost one year. I always get the vanilla gladiator with orange juice blend and frozen yogurt. Today the girl had an attitude and refused to do it, saying it “wasn’t possible”. I asked for a manager and they said there’s “no manager available at this location”. Horrendous customer service and will literally never come back nor will my friends or family.

Solid, nourishing, and delicious smoothies, all served in a super-quick and efficient drive-thru setup. I was passing through on a road trip and opted for the mixed berry immune builder, which was a rich, thick, and satisfying mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, almond milk, pear juice, apple blueberry juice, bananas, and an "immune support enhancer." Exactly the antidote I needed after several days of eating out. And did I mention how efficient the service was? Even though these smoothies have tons of ingredients in them, the drive-thru line moved along steadily, and my total wait was fairly quick. Kudos to the folks working here for running such a smooth operation!
