The drive thru worker looked visibly upset ( rolling her eyes …etc.. when a deaf person came thru the drive thru and wanted to order at the window … The worker told the deaf person to come inside next time that it would make it easier…. Saying this when it’s cold/ high winds and rain outsideThe worker also didn’t ask what size drink and didnt remove her mast so the deaf person could read her lips… the worker acted like her world was disturbed

This is the absolute best Starbucks I have ever been to. They’re so quick, so nice, and always get my order right. I never wait in the line more than 3 minutes they’re crazy good.

I placed a mobile order here today for in- store pick up. The app said it would be ready at 3:10pm and I got there a few minutes before but all of the doors were locked. Another customer said they just closed the inside but I could literally see my drinks/food ready on the pickup counter. So I had to sit in the drive thru for 20 min just to be given my watered down drinks and cold food that had been sitting there for at least 25 min. Why let me place an in-store pick up order if the inside is closed? Or why not at least let me grab it since it was ready on the counter? I was not late! The baristas could have at least remade my order. Definitely won’t be coming to this location anymore. Needs better management!
