Consistently wrong. Order the same coffee everyday and it comes out different every. single. time. Take a break from this location just to come back and be told I need to really clarify I don’t want nitro cold brew - even though I had no idea that was an option. No offer to replace the coffee but have a great day. Staff is always pleasant

Gross! I looked forward to a white hot chocolate with peppermint all day. I waited 15 minutes to let it cool, and found they had put coffee in my white chocolate. I hate coffee, so it was disgusting. I didn’t have 1/2 hour to spare to drive back to have my order corrected. ??

Drive thru was packed, I went inside. Was the only person. Barista was amazing and gave me the best frappé I'd ever had, seriously. Everything was great aside from the fruit flies in the bakery case. Apparently that's in 100% Starbucks, they don't serve the food that's in it.
The reviews are true! This literally is the absolute nicest Starbucks I have ever been to, and I have traveled a lot of different places and tried a lot of different Starbucks in many different states. This location actually make them seem more like a mom and pop coffee shop and not some mass market produced, Starbucks on every corner, Starbucks. Huge points awarded here. This is now become my favorite Starbucks location if I have to get Starbucks and I can't go to my favorite local mom and pop coffee shop.

Hands down best Starbucks in Ohio for consistency in how they make their drinks! A brown sugar shaken iced expresso looks like the pic on the wall! Tastes amazing! I will drive out of my way just to visit this store! A rare Gem!!!

Every time I’ve came to this location they make the most bitter bland coffee ever. no matter what you add etc. Almost positive they don’t even listen to you while ordering. Should be no reason my coffee tastes how it does each time I come here. if I wanted bland black coffee I’d go to mcdonald’s ♥️

I'm giving this location a perfect score because the staff is always amazing. The place is kept clean and organized, and even when it's busy the atmosphere is welcoming.Our server today (Kara I believe their name was) was an absolute delight. It would be a pleasure to see them again! ? I suggest wholeheartedly that they be given a raise!Parking: The lot itself is a nightmare and the only gripe I have with this location.It's just too narrow and too small. Not to mention oddly shaped. I understand the location had to work within the parameters set by a previous shop there but it's honestly a hazard. Just in our short trip today we saw nearly three close fender-benders.Otherwise it's an excellent location overall.

I've went here for quite a while! I absolutely love this store and their employees. Everyone is always kind and friendly towards my family and I. We haven't had any issues. When there was a rush it was handled efficiently and quickly! Awesome job! ?
