Used to be a time when Steak n Shake was where you went for a better fast food experience. Hadn't been to one in many years. So disappointed in every way. Kiosk order taking touchscreen. Then a 40 minute wait. Dry, burnt, cold, shrunken burger. Tomato slice was thicker than the ultra thin double burger patties combined. At least the fries were good. No reason to ever go back. Sad.

Daughter and I ordered same sandwich she also.ordered a side of onion rings ans we both ordered milk shakes wich were good but the burgers ans the onion ringznot so much I don't remember burgers being so greasy that you literally could see rhe Grease drip off. No customer interaction what so ever everything is.self serve ate one of my daughters onion rings that she ordered ans I nearly choked on it. If the location last another 3 to 4 years I see it being torn down. Lime is sister store in Willoughby Ohio.

I came in there with a chip on my shoulder bc I had just spent $50 on gift cards to get dinner for my family and couldn’t use them I wanted to cry bc that’s all I had on me, Tyshawn saved my day and was so calm and completely turned my day around!!! Showed up three times in one day during open hours and the doors were locked while the employees made eye contact with me and ignored me. Clearly they don’t care about their job, the area supervisor must not care either seeing as they don’t care if they have business or not. It’s really sad considering the atmosphere was always so happy and packed. Doesn’t feel so wholesome anymore with a bunch of rude idiots running the place. Fire the whole staff and start fresh or this business will close.

Place was empty pulled in order online waited 15 mins before going in then to be asked if I had an online order told them yes waited another 30mins before getting the wrong food went in to correct just to get ANOTHER wrong order I should have checked when I was handed the bag but did not so had to go back in for the manager lady with her nose piercing to be rude great management there that location needs a whole new staff or just shut down smh ??????
