Good food but I don't like that when you order inside you have to use a kiosk and enter it all in yourself. My mom had some difficulty and I don't think she will be eating there on her own as a result. Using the kiosk means you can no longer get a paper receipt, and that's another thing my mom doesn't like because she lives on a fixed income and tight budget. You can still get a paper receipt in the drive thru though, which is good. It's just sad to see the prices going up while the service goes down. ?

My last 2 visits to this location the service has been good but the food is terrible. Each time the food is very bland compared to other Taco Bells locations or it’s stale, even my fountain drink was watered down with a bad after taste. I just don’t understand it because all of the menu items are pretty much the same at other locations or at least I thought they were prepared the same. I will not be returning here the location farther down the street near Trader Joe’s has much better tasting food.

I think this Taco Bell in Mentor is one of the best I have visited. I try not to eat too much fast food but I do get cravings for Taco Bell. I typically order in the app and just have the food ready when I arrive. Honestly, they do a good job preparing the food and I've almost never had any issues with them messing up the order. Everything is fresh and they don't skimp out on ingredients like some other places. I had typical items, Mexican pizza, burritos and tacos and they were all very good. And I've been going to this specific Taco Bell for years and the quality has been consistent.
You'll never go wrong with taco bell ;)Lots of parking available on premises. Budget to premium options available. My burrito was warm and flavorful - perfect on a chilly morning. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Quite often, I drive past at least 7 other Taco Bells to come to this one. It is consistently the best tbell in the Greater Cleveland area, and you won’t find a challenger until you get to Erie. East side, West side, South side, doesn’t matter.My food has never been unsatisfactory. Literally never.There is very rarely a line at the drive thru. They work fast, and get it right. I’m usually still fumbling my purse to put my wallet back when my food is ready.Most of the drive thru workers are very friendly, without asking the stupid dangerous pointless question, “how are you today?” They get to the point of asking me what I want, with a pleasant tone. No more or less than is required; all the tacos with none of the existential crises.The location is convenient to travelers on both the 90 and the 2. The parking lot is very navigable, but note that going straight from the drive thru is a right turn only; but you can go around to the light to go East on the 20.It’s really the best, and I eat here often enough that if they had any glaring problems, I would be telling you. Heartily, bravo.To be clear, I don’t go inside often at all, just through the drive thru. So I can’t judge the atmosphere fairly.To corporate, please acknowledge the culture here that has repeatedly made me smile, and made me full.Vegetarian options: Fiesta Veggie Burrito, Black Bean Crunchwrap, Spicy Potato Taco

Pretty normal Taco Bell. I ordered on the app and everything went smoothly. No issues. The food was good, good temp. Staff seemed courteous. Food came out fast.Parking: I like the stoplight to help get into this area. Plenty of parking.
