This is top notch Thai food. The food was so flavorful and hot. You could tell that they are using high quality, fresh ingredients. The server was the nicest, very welcoming. Highly recommend!

First time and definitely won't be the last time! Service was excellent... friendly and quick while giving my wife and I plenty of time and space to enjoy our food and relax. The dining space was clean and comfortable. I had the Thai basil with chicken and my wife had the stir fry broccoli with beef. Delicious. Veggies were crisp, sauce was flavorful, and everything was hot! The spice level was excellent (spice level 3 is quite spicy...I'll probably lower it to 2 next time). I look forward to trying something new next time. Will definitely be back!UPDATE: Went back for the second time. Just as good! Had the Pineapple Fried Rice (with just the chicken, no shrimp). Delicious!

So today I went and tried THAI ORCHID IN MENTOR OHIO FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY SO I STARTED OFF WITH THEIR CRAB RANGOON WITCH WAS TASTY CREAMY & JUST DELICIOUS THEN I WENT WITH BASIL FRIED RICE AND WHEN I TELL YOU THIS WAS ON FIRE I MEAN IT WAS SUPER GREAT SEASONED PERFECT BECAUEE YOU KNOW EVERYBODY DONT KNOW HOW TO SEASON THEN I ENDED WITH DESERT & GOT THE STICKY RICE AND MANGO…. I’ll MOST DEFINITELY BE VISITING AGAIN THANKYOU FOR THE GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE MY WAITRESS WAS SUPER GREAT
filling in for a colleague at our location close to Thai Orchid. Will have to fight her for the chance to cover more often so I can get good thai food again. Ordered pad thai with tofu for pick up. Med hot spicy is exactly how I would want it. Perfect amount of food. Ready within 15 minutes as promised on the phone. Very friend staff, and they have apple pay. Perfect experience.

I’ve dined here about a dozen times and every time the food is better! I typically order the chicken satay for an appetizer and yellow curry with shrimp and chicken for my entree . Spice level is always perfect . Service is a little sparse , but the staff is very kind and accommodating. I think the overall look of the interior could be warmed up. It seems bare and bright and in my opinion not that comfortable. Otherwise highly impressed!
Nice little place next to a serious dive bar. Not your typical carryout Asian restaurant. Can be a little pricey.

This was one of the best meals I've had in Northeast Ohio. I had the veg red curry, my wife had spicy string bean. It's small and aged inside but the food is 100% worth it. I'm vegan and the options were plentiful. Try this place!!

Gabby was incredible friendly informative and overall just a beautiful personality. We had tamarind duck with rice noodles. Excellent flavor. Who would have thought pineapple baby corn and green peppers taste so divine together. Maybe a tad too crispy on the duck. And it was pricey. Pad see u was excellent. 3 taste fried rice also. The peanut sauce with yam fries was delicious. Thai orchid wraps with a basil leaf on top gives you your healthy veggies or justification therein. Definitely plan to go back numerous times.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options.Parking: Not many spots but easier to park in back.Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty flat inside except for slight riser for certain tables.

I loved the pad see ew, it had the perfect amount of sauce and the veggies tasted fresh and crisp! The fried tofu was also crispy, and came with a sweet and nutty sauce. My server was very kind and bubbly. Although I was very happy with my service once I was seated, I did wait a while before seeing any staff in the restaurant. I realized later when another customer came in that there is a bell at the front. So for any future customers reading this, if you don't see anyone right away, don't be afraid to ring the bell!
