We were first greeted by host with shaggy multicolored hair and a nose piercing. Not what I expected for a nice restaurant. We were seated and told our waiter would be Ryan. He was excellent. The reason for my low rating is the food and kitchen staff. Our food came out and was luke warm at best. As we were leaving I happened to notice the kitchen staff horsing around in the back a woman with dark long hair with no hair net protection and handling food. This restaurant has great potential if it can be managed correctly. The outside needs cleaned up and painted. A few of the booths need fixed. The seats are blown out on most of the booths. Please get a good manager at this location and get it back to where it should be!

Good BBQ but best wings ever. We’ve tried a lot of wings from a lot of different places but the smoked wings with dry rub & sweet glaze were the best we’ve had. We went back & took 32 home with us 2 days after we had them. We live 2 hrs south and went to Smokey Bones based on TripAdvisor reviews (while on a get away weekend.)

Ordered wings on Uber Eats from this restaurant and was so pleasantly surprised!! The amount of wing sauce flavors is absolutely incredible with flavors such as blueberry barbecue, sticky honey garlic and hot cinnamon candy apple. Normally I feel like too many flavors is a red flag but this place was INCREDIBLE!! I currently am visiting from Florida and WISH there was A Wing Experience like this one near home. Definitely will make it a point to order from here when I am in town!

This place is incredible!!! I don’t know why someone would say they were undercooked they must not know what smoked wings look like, every single sauce we ordered was so incredible and unique!!! I will 100% order from this place everytime I want wings!
Ordered them from Uber eats and even though Uber took forever they were still hot and incredible! I just moved to mentor from the west side and I will not buy wings from anywhere else

UNDERCOOKED!! idk if they were rushing or what. I’ve had this place before and it was goood but this time around it was a no for me. Probably won’t come again, who wants raw chicken. Surely not me.

My smoked wings were severely undercooked. Very pink on the inside and rubbery. Smelled like old raw chicken. The Garlic buffalo , and bourbon blackberry were both in my opinion bad sauces. I will NEVER go back.
