Pizza used quality ingredients, but unfortunately was pretty underdone. We ate it all anyway though because we were very hungry and it tasted good regardless. I like the liberal use of chopped basil. The waitress was a nice woman and the owner's is one of them funny guys, real comedian. He's bringing us the pizza, I ask him if this is the pizza, my guy says no...then gives me the pizza. Excuse me while I die of laughter.

I don’t know what crime was worse, the fact that gluten free pizzas only come one size (medium 12”) or the fact that my mom said she’s never encountered a pizza she’s ever hated until now.We ordered two GF pizzas with mushrooms and grilled chicken. The crust tasted like it was a frozen pizza from then grocery store. The sauce had barely any flavor to it. And the cheese and toppings were the only good thing that made me want to eat the whole thing.I ate a California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizza box with cauliflower crust the next day and it was better than the wasted $30 we got the night before.

This was so much fun. It's inside the mall. Good choices of draft beer. Also, wine and spirits too. Pizza choices were great. Delicious. We had the Cajun Shrimp.

My husband and I were driving through to Michigan to see a friend. We found this place from the reviews. Husband had bull sauce meat pizza and I had cheese. If you're looking for great pizza, rolling through, you found it!!!

Great pizza. Kristin is a wonderful server at this restaurant!! We sit at the bar and service is great! Great menu! Great bar drinks!! Good atmosphere! Will go again. If I could critique one thing about the Pizza....the outer rim crust on top side is very good if they could make the "underside" pizza crust more sturdy... it would be much better. The crust tends to be a bit floppy. But great taste and topping selections. ??✅

If you like super thin greasy pizza with very little sauce this is the place to go. I like thicker crust with a little crunch to it. Very disappointing... Will not be back for pizza. The beer was good thou and server was very pleasant.

Went there on a Saturday mid afternoon. We always order or pizza with double pepperoni. I don't think they know what that means, so I ordered triple pepperoni. There was no different in triple them double. The pizza is good if you can get it the way you ordered it. The waitress brought us out the check, didn't ask how anything was. I asked for a cheese shaker and I had to go get it myself.

The pizza is good(other times I’ve gone). Service is terrible. Stood there for about 5 minutes before the host even came up to the stand. Got seated and waited 10 minutes before a waitress even came to any tables near us and went and checked on both the tables with on either side of us and didn’t even look our way. Ended up just getting up and leaving. We’ve been there a lot and always seems to be what happens. The general manager will walk around and ask how food is but ignore younger tables and customers. So basically if you are a young family just avoid this place unless you want to be treated like dirt

There were MAYBE 10 people in the house, went to the host stand from the mall to the other end of the restaurant. Had to wait about 4 minutes before acknowledging me from hostess. Asked for a seat for one, she said to sit at the bar. I usually DO seek out a bar space if a place is busy. I really wanted a table near the mall. Bartender never came to me until another 5 minutes before getting me a menu. I looked over the menu, she came back another 5 or so minutes. Took my order, got a soda as I did not want a drink. They did have an impressive selection of beer and wine and liquor for a place like this.Food ordered was a pizza with extra cheese, mushrooms and onions. A person from the kitchen brought it out, and it looked good. Ate two slices and the whole pizza was semi-warm at best. It was cold, and this place has the whole wood fired pizza thing going on. I had no one come to check on me, until I had 5 slices eaten, in the hopes that they were at least warm. Bartender finally comes over and asks how it was, and I told her it was cold. She was not around to see what I needed as she was doing side work, which I'm good with, however I was hungry and ate most of my cold pizza. She said had she knew, she'd be able to get another pizza or reheat mine. By then it was too late. I really looked forward to eating here, as I read lots of good things about this place. After my first time visit, I sincerely doubt I will be eating there again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone else looking for some pizza. Very disappointed.

We love it! We make the 20 minute drive from Cleveland to Mentor for their pizza and smoked Gouda mac quite often! My husband and daughter have deemed it their go to daddy/daughter date spot ? They just had a Valentines date there this weekend, I hear their server Hannah was amazing! Everything on the menu is tasty. The pizza is fantastic. The staff and service is wonderful. We’ve yet to have a negative experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ordered the Capo pizza and Buffalo Dip. Dip was great.. Pizza... Meh... All the topping were in the center, making it under cooked there and very soggy. Sauce was bland and took lots of parmesan and hot pepper flakes to give it some taste. Buffalo dip was tasty, hot and best part of our meal..On to the server.. Nice kid.. Gotta learn better food handling.. When the cook placed the Buffalo dip on the counter, a chip fell off the plate, he used his bare hand to pick it up and place it back onto the plate.. Lucky I saw the chip and was only a few feet away from the counter so I just picked off the chip and decided not to complain, We also had a dirty plate with food still stuck to it, so he gave us another plate, then using his bare hand again to brush it off, just in case it had anything on it.. Mind you he was just texting on his phone. Will I eat there again? Probably not.. Would I recommend the place? Probably not.. Would I condemn this place? Probably not. But I would suggest, Be specific on your order, and bring some form of seasonings.

Excellent pizza. Great rewards program. Good service. Clean bathrooms. The pizza crust has those nice bubbles in it.

Love the food and the pizza oven. We sat out in the mall patio. Would be nice if they had trees in their indoor patio and sounds of birds chirping to give it that outdoor feel.

I love love love their salad ensalata. So good. Also love their capo pizza. Many new items on menu. Always good service and fresh food. I give them credit for being as organized as they are with so little amount of employees. When I was there they told me they had one real server. But everyone was helping her.
