Completely undercooked our order, burgers where very pink in the middle, the fries where cold to the touch, and they made us wait 15 minutes before taking our order. The employees had a very bad attitude and I really think this place should be shut down.

I always have problems with my order at this location. Either they forget stuff for my order or they are out of stuff I order in the mobile app when I get there to pick up my order.Other locations on Center street and MOL are more accurate and are not constantly running out of items I order online.Also it is an OLD Wendy's location that needs some TLC.

The girl behind the counter was super nice! The tables were clean along with the bathroom. Most importantly, you can order AND dine in!!
Very good sandwiches made perfectly weren't all sloppy fries are perfectly cooked people were very friendly I won't mention any names but there's a few Wendy's in my neighborhood I wouldn't recommend but this one is awesome.

At least 40% of the time Ive been up here late night they say there system is down or something along those lines. I wonder if the owner of this location is aware of this “issue” and the incredible amount of money they are losing out on late night?...
Staff was rude. My kids meal didn't have any fries so i had to give her mine. Her drink was a weird sludgy consistency so i had to get her a drink from the gas station. And my fries were cold and burnt. Won't be eating there again.

I work next door to the Wendy's at 7635 Mentor avenue many occasions I have walked from my store to their store and have found the doors locked and the eating area closed with no signs I think this is very stupid that I would have to get in my car to drive through the drive-thru when the store is 10 ft away from my car I wish somebody would do something about this.

Nothing wrong with COVID restrictions but got food about 10 minutes before closing and got our food and of course assuming it would be wrong we checked which it was and when we went back he said they were closed twice after we said something was wrong with our order. Night shift on Sunday at the window
