Staff were nice but denied my sister and I service because we weren't both 21+. It says that you must be 21 or accompanied by someone who is (after 8:00pm). I found that to be ridiculous. definitely will be telling everyone to stay far away from this place.

Hello. I have taken to this social media app to write a review on The Winking Lizard Tavern. My wife and I came here a week ago looking to celebrate her birthday. The young woman at the front desk ignored us, using her cellphone before sighing upon seeing us. We asked for a table for two, and were told to follow her. We did and were seated with no further words, greetings, or anything of the like. Both my wife and I ordered the same meal, a medium Hanson Burger with a side of steak fries. Upon receiving the food, it was clear to me that the meat was still raw and it was also covered in black soot and The buns were hard as rock My wife's meal was just as bad, although hers had a noticeable foul stench to it that stunk up our entire area. On top of that, we could hear the kitchen staff loudly shouting at each other, with a lot of profanity and words I wouldn't otherwise repeat. The steak fries also seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. When we tried to send the food back, we were met with an attitude from our waiter. Eventually, after an hour long wait, we received our food, undercooked again. When I asked for a manager, the waiter told me there was none in the building repeatedly. Ultimately, we paid full price for one raw burgers and one smelling like it had been expired. This is most definitely the worst restaurant experience that's happened to me .

Cleveland Classic. The Big Ed burger can never go wrong the wings and sauces are phenomenal and it's a great place to watch a game. Ribs are the sleeper here. There's not much more to say

Let me start by saying that I really do like the Winking Lizard and the menu is great. For that reason, our family wanted to come there following a memorial service. There would be about 16 to 18 people including six or eight children. The Winking Lizard would not take a reservation for that number of people, they simply don’t take reservations. It seems to be sound business practice to accept reservations for larger groups. With so many children and some older adults in the group I didn’t think it was appropriate to have them wait in line for a table when we got there, for for that reason I’m giving them a bad review today.

Bartenders are great. Typical bar food. Menu has been the same for years. It’s a a one season bar. It’s always freezing so much so that we can’t stay for more than an hour and is never adjusted even if requested. Even the bartenders have to wear sweatshirts all year

Vast menu with something for everyone. My burger and another party members seemed quite flavorless. The hostess offered to remove from the bill or substitute another menu item. Everyone else in our party was satisfied, the service was spot on, and the price was fair.

The service was AMAZING except for BRIAN DAVIS. he was rude, disrespectful and probably shouldn't be a manager. just being here for 5 minutes made me realize that this is a toxic work environment because brian davis literally threatened someones job in front of us. he shouldn't be a manager. he doesn't know how to speak to people and honestly almost made us leave. But luckily thanks to EVERYONE else but him me and my friends had a wonderful time. Hopefully this man either improves or someone else should be manager who won't threatened employees jobs in front of the customers.

Always a good time at Winking Lizard, just went to work on my tour tonight, Abby was our server and was absolutely fantastic! Can’t wait for my next trip.

Parking: It is in a plaza with other businesses. So depending on how busy the other businesses are, will affect how easy it is to find parking spots.
