Got their veggie omelette and hot chocolate, which hit the spot since it was pretty cold that day. Service was great and our server was super nice. All the staff were really nice and the place had a very cozy vibe.

Been visiting here for years. Last 3 visits, past few months, something has gone down hill. Today prompts my review. Our food seems to wait under the lamps too long. We watched as servers shuffled our food around but wouldn't expedite to our table?! When it did show my fries looked like they came off other people's plates and had a big ol chunk of fried chicken in them!! (Server was advised rushing away saying she wouldn't charge us!) Some cooked, some raw, some hot some cold. It was concerning. Overheard help complaining it was too busy and just ugghh. We felt we were not welcome and rushed to get done.Guess we don't toast the English muffin on a Benedict anymore either? The chicken planks are not even Tyson frozen...just horrible. Only reason a 3 star is the burger was good. Definitely not visiting anytime soon. Maybe we hit a bad streak and it'll improve by summer???

Went to the Mentor location for a birthday breakfast recently. Has always been a firm favorite place of ours for years.This time the food was only OK. The bacon was terrible and the hash browns were greasy.At $10.45 for a basic breakfast id expect better quality from the kitchen. We won't be going there again, sadly.Service was excellent though. No complaints there! ?

Went there for birthday breakfast recently with family. This location has been a firm favorite of mine for years. However, on this occasion the food was subpar at best, greasy and unappetizing at worst. It was very disappointing; and I don't think I will be returning, unfortunately. The service was excellent and efficient and the ambiance is as expected for a family diner. I may just have hit on a bad day there; but I won't be back

We were tired and hungry when we stopped in at the end of the breakfast hour, but we were welcomed and served a great fresh meal with perfect eggs (I'm picky) and the best bacon we've ever had (my fiancé grew up on a farm where his family raised hogs, and he was so impressed, he had to find out where the restaurant purchased its bacon). We received fantastic service and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere of this neighborhood place that we stumbled upon in our travels. We only wish we had a Yours Truly in our hometown.

Our sever, Cathy, was outstanding. Extremely friendly and helpful in learning about the area. Tuscan chicken wrap and sweet potato fries were delicious!!
