My big problem is that these people can’t for the life of them figure out that their second drive thru lane exists. I go to the outside lane naturally driving a truck it’s generally easier. And consistently they will serve every person in the inside lane before they take the order for the people on the outside. This isn’t a one time problem. I had not gone to this Arby in more than a year because my last visit there was not an occasion to remember. The sandwiches were cool, the fries were wilted and the prices were what I thought to be too high, However---Just a few weeks ago, I decided to give it another try and this time everything was more than outstanding.
