I purchased 3 cakes earlier this month and the ladies that helped me where very friendly and helpful. I went there tonight to purchase another one, my experience wasn't very pleasant . the cake looks messy. I think a three year could have done better . I won't be back.

This is my favorite dairy queen, everyone is always friendly and professional. The only issue I have is that if you pay with a card, you cannot tip the servers. So make sure to bring a few bucks if you want to tip the great serviceParking: If you drive a car or a vehicle that sits low, use the entrance/ exit in the back to avoid scraping.Wheelchair accessibility: Slight difficulties with persons in wheelchairs but possible. Will need help with opening doors
I would love to give this DairyQueen four or five stars however that is simply impossible given the fact that you increase cost your prices, so high each and every year. It’s unaffordable anymore. This is definitely the best Dairy Queen in the area, as it is privately owned. However, I’m not going to continue driving 10 minutes to this one when I live two minutes from Carlisle and the prices are better. It’s just not worth it anymore. I hope you guys consider lowering your prices as alot of us have been coming and supporting your business since we were children when our grandparents would bring us after school. It’s so disheartening to see you guys sell out like most.

Today, October 14th 2023, I dropped in with my son to get him something for his birthday. Two teenage girls with blonde hair were behind the counter chatting. The language used was not fit for customer ears, especially since we are Christian and would never think of using such foul language like the f-word in casual conversation. I asked where the manager was, and it turned out the manager was just as young as they were. I told her what happened and she was dismissive, saying to the employee jokingly, “You know you shouldn’t be talking that way.” I told her that I could see she doesn’t care and that she’s obviously in their age group. Then I left with my son. You lost our family as customers, so good luck keeping the customers you still have. Maybe they like cursing, who knows…

Prices are high! Two medium cones cost 11 dollars. Service was fast.
It's right in between home and some of my favorite places to go for a drive or walk. Even just to drive up from home is always a nice drive so I hit them up almost all the time.

My favorite DQ location as it's also locally owned and ran, so they keep it a little more old school and similar to original DQ menus. They're seasonal but definitely worth the wait through the winter.
