Frutta Bowls Miamisburg.YUM!I'm not much of a traditional breakfast person, so this toast is a nice alternative when I do find myself hungry in the morning. Each piece of toast is PILED with fresh toppings. The photos don't do justice as to how big just one piece of bread is either. I ended up sticking the apple toast in the fridge, and saved it for later in the evening. I was shocked at how well it stood up. I was fully expecting a soggy mess, but it was still great several hours later.The mango refresher left something to be desired. It was watered down, with not much of a mango taste at all. There were mango chunks in it, but the chunks were too big to get up the straw. I will stick with the toast in the future! ?

I have loved fruitta bowls since my first experience with them. I have been door dashing with coworkers for several years. I always know it’s not going to be cheap but it used to be worth it. This week I ordered on door dash and I felt like what I got was a joke. My bowl was tiny. I was so disappointed. I reached out and she made excuses that I was given the wrong one and she would give me a “ buy one get one coupon “ for next time. With fees and etc I was out 45.00 and I was still hungry. I definitely should have been offered the bowl I ordered. I will not be ordering from them again. Not only did I get ripped off she didn’t seem to care to make it right. So I’ll door dash Sassy Bowls from now on .

Frutella Bowl is a place I visit occasionally when I have some extra time since I live in Cincinnati, and it's not often that I'm in the area. I really enjoy their Frutella bowl; it's very flavorful and I like treating myself to it. However, the customer service at this location is severely lacking. I used to enjoy going there because the employees were always so friendly, but my last few visits have been terrible.During my last visit, I stood in front of a cashier for over five minutes as she completely ignored me while she was switching over some products. She didn't even say hello or acknowledge me in any way. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. Another lady who was standing next to me asked if I had been helped because she noticed that I had been waiting for a while.I think the management should be aware of this issue, especially since I wasn't the only one who experienced poor customer service during my visit..

I went here today to order some for me and my boyfriend, as soon as I got up to the register the girl was on her phone not really listening much to what I was saying. I was trying to order and she repeatedly kept telling me they didn’t have what I was asking for, which I know they do because I have ordered it, but she was on the phone with what I believe was probably her boyfriend. Finally I just picked something else so I could get it over with, as she was making my stuff she was cussing, and just not being professional or acting how you should at a work place. She made my stuff and handed it to me and then I left. I didn’t say anything and I was as nice as I could be. My bowl was great but my boyfriends was not how I asked. I’ve never had a problem going to this fruittabowl and i’ve never seen this girl. I believe she was probably new.

I haven’t ordered from Frutta bowls in a while because I knew their prices had gone up. However, had a craving for it today and decided to go for it. I can’t believe how much their portions have changed!! The small frutta bowl used to fill me up but now it is more like a snack than an actual meal. The biggest kicker is that it was almost $10!! So crazy and definitely not worth that much.

Nice place at Austin Landing. I stopped by for a smoothie and a toast. The staff is nice and took my order in a flash. My smoothie was really! tasty but the best was the Toast!!!! Sooo good!!! I just find the prices a bit steep. Almost $10 for a smoothie is a LOT. The offered Wi-Fi doesn't exist either...

Been a long term customer of Frutta. Always have enjoyed the food which is what keeps me coming back. Service was originally fantastic, however, the service has REALLY gone down hill. Hoping for better experiences in the near future.

Really bad customer service. The girl made my bowls wrong and when I pointed it out, she begrudgingly went to make new bowls. She still made the bowl incorrectly the second time. Super disappointed. Especially because the price is not cheap

I normally don’t make reviews ever but I have never been to a restaurant where the service is so awkward and the workers seem like they absolutely hate their jobs. Not a hello or smile or anything. Management, figure out the problem and do something. I love the food, never had a bad experience with it, but I will be ordering online for now on.
