Ordered online on a Saturday. Missing half the order. Called the store several times with no answer. The next day was Easter, so we called the day after, Monday. The manager said, "Since you didn't call Saturday or Sunday we can't do anything for you." I told her we called several times Saturday but nobody answered. Yesterday was Easter and we thought they were closed. She then hung up on us.

Ordered 2 3pc was supposed to have 2 coleslaw a Mac and a mashwith gravy and my dr.pepper wasn't supposed to have ice.* we got 2 mashpotatoes with gravy a Mac and 1 coleslaw and they didn't fill my drink up all the way and the whole cup is ice.Please double check your food we unfortunately made that mistake.

The smash bowl was a disappointment. A ball of plain mashed potatoes served over a small amount of fries on the very bottom. The place seemed clean and the service was fast. The food however, was not that great.

Went through drive thru, the lady who took the order was nice. However, her manager kept yelling over her headset at her. You could hear it. No biscuits equals a handful of fries with a 16 piece meal. The coleslaw was dry and tasted as if it had not been mixed. The tenders look like they came from Walmart in a bag. Nothing like KFC shows in photos of product. We were parked. Forgot part of our order, had to wait even longer and still no biscuits.

$22 for 8 pieces of chicken is outrageous. Then get home to find out they shorted us a breast piece, so I paid that for 7 pieces. Next time I'll go to Lee's or Popeyes.
The staff was super friendly and service was fast. Clean bathrooms and store. A+.Kid-friendliness: They had my daughters favorite drink caprisun :) Christmas tree was beautiful as well.

I live in between this location and the location in west Carollton. I will say this location is consistent with being out of almost everything no matter the time in between visits they are going to be out of almost everything on the menu and what they do have it will be a 20-25 minute wait.

I hate showing up 15 minutes prior to close at any establishment.But sometimes truckers gotta do what it takes to keep the country rolling.Then to be denied food at the only food within walking distance is just sad. Employee was outside smoking a cigarette, yells across the parking lot as I come jogging over and states " we are closed" then proceeds to slam the door shut and lock it.
