Went to miamisburg McDonald's at four o clock this morning all the wanted to serve is door dash and the people that uses the app there more of us regular customers than the door dasher and the people that uses the app so don't go there go to the one in West Carrollton and let miamisburg McDonald's take care of them

We have come to this location for the past 3 or 4 weeks with our 4 yr old grandson for dinner on Wednesday evenings at around 6:45-7:00pm. The you g man at the register is always super nice and polite. However, we are have been missing food items from our order every time. Also, at least 1 or two of our items are made wrong. This evening was no different except for a blond employee, I did not get her name, told us to just not come back when I stated that we are missing items every time. She was quite rude. After that I asked for the manager because my fries were half full and a sandwich was wrong. The manager was polite and took care of it. I also let the manager know about the rude employee. About 5 minutes into our meal, we here yelling and cussing coming from the counter. I went to look and found the same employee as well as another cussing at an older woman. Telling her to het the f out and calling her a bitc…the customer and her husband went outside and next thing , the cops show up. Its not over though, as we were leaving, I hear The b word from the employee again! I said really? We have our grandson with us. I will never go back to this location again. I will also be getting in contact with corporate and the owners.

I’ve worked in fast food before so I try to be considerate of the workers but it starts to get old when this specific location forgets to give you the stuff you paid for. It’s happened so much that I’m going to drive an extra mile to go to the one by the Dayton Mall. I try not to get bitter about it but at this point it’s kinda sad, I shouldn’t have to pull back around and wait in line because you couldn’t get my order right the first time. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to do that. Either they’re overworked and tired and that’s why the service is mid or the management isn’t good at all. Please try to be better.

Went here around 2:30am on 2/8 the young lady taking orders was rude. First didn’t ask for mobile code or say any sort of greeting. Then after I waited 10 minutes ( literally the first car) I changed my mind and asked for sweet and sour sauce & she mumbles under her breath “ that’s why I asked you before” as if she couldn’t walk 2 steps over after I waited…

I placed an order on the app. Got to the speaker right way. Confirmed my order. Proceeded to wait almost 10 mins before the line moved at all. At the first window they asked if I was door dash. Told them no Im mobile order. The second window they asked me again if I was door dash. Handed me my food. Made the fatal mistake of not checking of it was correct. It was not. Had a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. By the time I got home I was too tired to go back out so I ate one bite of the sandwich and my small fry. I had even paid extra for an extra burger patty. Received mcchicken with cheese added. Bummer.

It was so nice to go through the drive-through at McDonald’s on Heinicke Road, and have the cashier. Whose name is Bruce be so friendly and outgoing. Most of the time workers at McDonald’s make you feel like they’re doing you aIt was so nice to go through the drive-through at McDonald’s on Heinicke Road, and have the cashier. Who’s name is Bruce be so friendly and outgoing. Most of the time workers at McDonald’s make you feel like they’re doing you a favor, that wasn’t the case with Bruce. What a lovely person.
