It's McDonald's if you're used to it I'm sure it is fantastic. Personally, it's just not for me. The food tastes straight up like chemicals to me. Unfortunately my guts have been paying the price for a few days now. The service, well it's always a hassle because of the duel drive thru. Should be a simple fix but nope and it's McDonald's fault for the design. Then they rely on the common sense of others to complete the simple task. Which is never the case. You get to the window and every single time it's not your order but either the person behind or in front of you. You explain what your order is then proceed to the next window. It should be a breeze from here. But, nope you get handed something way off. So you sit there and the poor person who is annoyed at this point already knows they handed you the wrong order. So you hand it back. Get yours and wouldn't you know it its only 2/3 of your order. At this point some people get flustered and go in and get all upset over missing sauce or fake burger fries etc.. Not me I knew from start to finish what was going to happen so went about my merry way to get home and eat my colonoscopy prep chemical dinner.

This is probably my favorite McDonald's in the area, it was fast service like down in Tampa Florida. Something I greatly missed. It was a perfect small meal for my drive through Carlisle and back home to Kettering.

Location consistently gets the orders wrong, and half the time they are closed for “cleaning”. How are you going to charge me for hotcakes but forget to give me them? Take your money to a better spot.

My bf ordered a sausage mcgriddle for me & a big breakfast & ended up paying 9$ for it he asked for his recipe & they said the recipe paper is down or isn't working, well he gets to 2nd window & the lady asked what was your order he said a sausage mcgriddle & big breakfast & they said all was a sausage mcgriddle that they didn't have him down as a big breakfast ok well ik a sausage mcgriddle don't cost no 9$ I worked as a manager for 2 year in Indiana so ik its off, took it back home & its a damn sausage egg & cheese Biscuit, yeah this one always forgets something or doesn't listen at all!! If you can't do your job correctly then just quit!! I wish I could give this zero starts but I got to rate it something to post it!!

Food was delivered & i swear it was thrown together- chicken nuggets seemed like they were 2 days old- threw them out!! Big Mac had hamburger hanging off the bun- couldnt even pick it up- was so sloppy!!! Never deliver again unless ur leaving a huge tip, i think!!!!

I ordered coffee and a couple of other things on the app. The coffee was barely lukewarm. I told them I ordered a HOT coffee. She took it back, then handed it back to me and said that's all they had...?. I didn't take it. I told them I wanted my money back. It took about 10 minutes to bring my $2 out ?.
