If this was the Miller Lane Panera. Got there about 7. Hardly any bagels and none I like, like plain. They said they had some in the oven I asked how long and was told an hour. That was ok so sat down and did some work. After an hour I went back up and then was told another hour. That was totally wrong. I left and won't be going to that one again.

This is how my pick up order went. Soup was upside down in the back and i pulled it out just to be covered in it to the point where i had to leave work to change clothes. So got no soup, no baguette and not to mention the pop was flat and tasted like water. Thanks panera i appreciate it!

Great for fresh bread, 2nd tier reheated frozen pastries, in my opinion the food is similar to hospital food, reheated soups and such.

I would never feed my Dog this food the restroom's where dirty out of soap in the ladies. Men's restroom could not even get handtowels.Eating area was dirty.Vegetarian options: Very bad didn't ever get Mom's order right.

Placed order and waited, the order was not made correctly. There was no basil on the sandwich. Took it back, they remade it and added aioli that I asked not to have on the original order. Took it back again and this time they put mozzarella cheese on it instead of the white cheddar I asked for. They told me it was my responsibility to repeat my order each time I went back instead of me assuming they knew, or my thought was they should have asked me if they didn't already know! You decide, who is wrong here!
