Wasnt a big fan of the pizza. Asked for it to be undercooked and not crunchy. It was the opposite. Crust was burnt. Asked for sausage to be not burnt it was. Guy that waited on me was more interested in closing than waiting on me. Just saying nothing like the old pizza palace at all.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating at Pappas Pizza Palace. The staff had everything set up as requested. Pizzas were served fast, fresh & with a smile. it is a great place to sit down enjoying family in their newly fully remodeling restaurant. Thank you, Pappas, for such a wonderful experience! I love the new open space.

Sad ? haven't ate here in almost 25 years order online I asked for no green peppers on a small deluxe it was covered with green peppers not only that the mushroom steak sandwich that I ordered was snow covered with sauce the bread was dripping I thought I'd give you guys another try because I wanted to have a good child hood memory but that was ruined thanks

We ordered Pappas for the first time ever today. It was an incredibly busy work week and I was looking for some comfort pizza. I ended up ordering a large "garbage salad" with chicken (Kens lite raspberry vinaigrette on the side), my wife ordered a pepperoni pizza, and we shared some bread sticks. I thought salad was a bit pricey when I ordered, but when it arrived I was amazed at what a value it was! The ingredients were fresh and high quality, and the large size is definitely worth the price! The bread and pizza were yummy and above average also. So good!

Really like Pappa's Pizza Palace...but we continue to experience quality issues. First it was two identical pizzas with extra cheese and vastly different amounts of cheese ( don't know if two different people made them ) but should have a consistent process. Now mis-shapen pizza...not round at almost half of size it should be with bottom of pizza burnt. Looks like not cleaning their ovens. Probably should not be sent out this way...

My wife called to ask a question about the cheese as she has a rare allergy. The woman on the phone replied with a very unprofessional answer, mocking my wife's question. We will NEVER visit this establishment with this kind of childlike staff.

I really like their pizza because ITS NOT GREASY! So many pizza places have greasy pizza and in my opinion that ruins a pizza. The staff have always been nice and polite. The food is consistently hot and good. They have variety in their menu. This is a great small town pizza joint.

We got the 14 Inc. Thin crust pepperoni with extra sauce well done. It was pretty good the crust could of been more well done but the sauce was good and the.crust was nice and crisp. Over all it was good and would order again but it's not casanos.
