Not like it was. Extremely disappointed that there is no longer service here & that you have to order on kiosks now. The food tastes nothing like Steak 'n Shake used to. We also had to clean off our own table.

One of my all time faves! The theme and color scheme really never go out of style. The food is uniquely comforting, but I do so miss the little pots of baked beans! What happened? I'm also not a huge fan of the kiosk ordering, but my order was out super fast, so i wont knock it! Only one negative from me: The soda machines don't work unless you scan your receipt. Bad plan! I had to do it more than once to fill my cup, and got soda down my shirt sleeve while trying to line my cup up with the oddly placed stream. For a medium soda. It seemed like more than should be expected of the customer. Just my opinion.

Not sure why a person can't just get a simple order. Ordered a sandwich with no ketchup and got ketchup. How hard is it to follow directions? I have never been a fan but my youngest likes it so every now and then I get it. No more.
