There was no service. Order food at kiosk and a hidden employee yelled order name out while tossing my order onto the front counter. Food wasn't edible. Meat tasted like pure salt and grease. I was really hungry and it was a huge disappointment.

i went thru the drive thru. i asked for a double decker taco, a bean burrito, nacho fries, and mild sauce. i received the double decker taco which the hard shell was broken into pieces. the bean burrito, a nacho cheese sauce but no fries. and i got no mild sauce. i call and they say to come and they’ll replace it. i get there, they give me my fries. and a singular mild sauce packet. ONE. i’m overall not happy with this experience. everytime i go here something’s wrong. and they know one mild sauce isn’t going to be enough for 2 things ??♀️.

Terrible service. Repeatedly. Every time I go there is something new wrong, this time they have us stale food and forgot an entire cheesy gordita crunch that they were then RUDE about replacing. It was an online order and I have the receipt in my email and their employee did not provide a physical receipt however somehow got having a physical receipt as well is MY problem? I don’t know what happened to customer service but this taco bell has lost their tact.

It’s not first time,It happened to me every time I am here.Employees doesn’t care when customers walk in.I had to wait 30 mins till someone answered. I tried calling them but no one cared to attend. They keeping playing and talking among themself but never care to attend the customer. It would be if they had good work place ethics.

I dont care if there's a note on the door. I work at a bar til 10 and I don't drive. I'm hungry af and they just want to serve Doordash and tempt me by leaving the door open. Rude staff making it worse by refusing to serve even with the door wide open.Eff that nonsense. I'll just order Domino's instead.
We come at night between 11pm-midnight. I’m a bartender and work big events and I never want to cook so late so we visit frequently. I don’t know if this gentleman is new but he calls my husband “boss man” and tells us to have a blessed night. He really makes our night. My receipt says Taylor T, but don’t know for sure if it’s him. But, we really enjoy him. He’s great!

Absolutely terrible. Y'all...this place is straight-up disrespectful. I don't expect fine dining from any fast food place but I don't think it's too much to expect courteous service and correct orders. You won't find either of those things here. Employees are downright rude and careless. The food was so bad it was inedible. Chalupa shells so hard and stale you couldn't bite through them, and missing most of the toppings. Beefy burrito that was nothing but beans, like come TF on! These mfkin losers aren't even trying and it shows. Don't eat here, don't give them your $$$ you'll regret it. Like imagine paying someone to disrespect you and hand you garbage food. Unbelievable. This place needs serious management overhaul and brand new employees.
