If I could give it 0 stars I would, never ordering a cake from here again. Nothing but problems, ordered the cake 5 days before I needed it, they didn’t make contact till 2 days before I needed it saying a HALF SHEET of cake was too small for the design, and the next day (a day before I needed it) called and said they didn’t have the pieces to make the cake. Just received the cake and it’s no where near a HALF SHEET of cake, received a tiny cake not even near an average size cake, no where near feeds “8-12” people, horrible communication, horrible service, horrible experience, called again to see what “size” their half sheet of icecream cake was and i was told 8x12, and this cake is not even that it’s about a 4x6-7. I work at a pizza shop and know what a half sheet is, no where near one. Very disappointed, 10/10 do not recommend.

Asked for no peanuts for a ice cream cake for my brother's birthday and it had nuts .couldn't make it in time for his birthday since they messed it uo.i asked for a discount and then when got the new cake it was super small.I very disappointed. Not good.

Wow still a winner. This is a classic ice cream destination and it does not fail to impress and wow. I ordered a jamocha almond milkshake and it is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. Five stars are well earned.

Good ice cream as usual. Tip: they charge 1.50 extra for a waffle cone with a single scoop (4.50 total) and just 4.50 for a double scoop with a waffle cone. So what would you buy? ?

Excellent peanut butter ice cream!! This place was listed as a must visit and I see why now. Service was fairly quick and friendly. You can sit in or at tables outside.
We got lucky one evening after dinner and the line was only about 20 people deep, so we stood in line. I mean it is all about the history. While the ice cream was good I wouldnt stand in a line the wrapped around the block (as often it does) to sample it. Just sayin, and I love ice cream.

We had just come off a tour of OH and were looking for a good place to stop and cool our heels. this Ice Cream joint had a line of at least 40 people the last time we came to Baskin-Robbins. This time the line was not as long so we got in line. We found that the choices were great, the staff was very nice and the place was very cool. We enjoyed the ice cream and were refreshed on a hot, hot, hot day. Some great memorabilia too. If you like ice cream go here and you will not spoil your day.

Ordered an iced capp but not sure what I got.. it was ice milk with a touch of cream. Ugh! Asked for a remake and still wasn't good. Someone needs to learn how to make an ice capp.
