The shredded pork was hard and dry they don't have enough food in those containers they were practically empty that's the worst Chipotle I've been to all the other ones are

Usually this location is very good but unfortunately not this time. My husband’s burrito was dry, all rice and beans and hardly any meat or sour cream. The chicken on my burrito bowl was extremely spicy. The food tasted like lemon cleaner. The floors were dirty. The music was so loud they couldn’t even hear what I was asking for on my burritos. It wasn’t busy and I usually order online for pickup but the website said their online payment option was down so I had to order inside the restaurant. Really disappointed because I love chipotle.

I would have gone 5 stars but the carnitas were over cooked and crunchy. I have eaten at a number of Chipotles over the years and have never experienced this.

Workers are rude kids and if you order mobile pick up you get scammed I ordered double everything and got less than I get ordering regular waiting in line

Store was very clean and the workers were nice and courteous.Dietary restrictions: Low sodium. Able to go online and view sodium content. I am able to pick my ingredients to monitor my sodium intake.

I'm not quite sure I understand all the negativity surrounding this place. I go here about once a week, order a bowl and tortillas, and specify a couple things. On most days, the staff is on it and friendly, and the food is on point. Also, what other place can you get 2-3 meals out of a $12 purchase? So this review is more of an aggregate over time I guess and not a one-off. I appreciate the staff's patience and the convenience in general. Also, it's not far from the Lake to Lake trail, which is a bonus for those of us cyclists passing through. Thank you!

Talk about contamination issues. Items are all intermixed and when I mentioned it to one of the employees they just picked out the items... that's not gonna stop someone from having an allergic reaction not sure what part of her food certification she missed or slept through but if they were being rated by the food safety department they would fail so fast. I actually was looking for the rating they got. For being so new to opening you would think they would be tip top. Note to food safety department this place is not safe yikes. Coming from a food management background I would have trained my employees better, but maybe the manager needs better training also?

Place is always so dirty! Typically staff is standing at the register talking while one person fixes the food. Tables are never clean, garbage overflowing. I picked up an online order and I think there was two spoons worth of meat in the bowl along with fajita mix that I don’t eat nor did I order. $15 meal plus tip. Total waste! Short staffed isn’t the excuse. Do better!
