You guys are the best never had any issues food is always hot, delivery time is awesome Grace and Jason are awesome delivery driver's! My hubby and I have been working really late lately and they have been my life savers for a late dinner!!! And my hubby is really hard to please and when he says order dominos I know he likes the food! If he doesn’t complain you know it’s good lol! Anyways thanks to the entire staff I hope your general manager knows he has a good staff I have been a gm at many restaurants and I know it’s very hard to find good people to run a store especially when the gM leaves for the day!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Ordered pizza and wings for delivery last night, ended up getting the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Nearly had to go to the hospital. From other reviews, it seems like this isn’t the first time this has happened. Don’t order from here!!!

This is now multiple times we've had an issue with this location. The pizza tracker showed my order was coming and then showed it was delivered but never was. Called and the manager said it was being picked up and on its way now. Over 30 minutes later still nothing. While on the phone with the manager for a second time the driver drove right passed our house and never came back. Has now been an hour since it was marked delivered and have not received anything. Manager did give a refund but was not friendly about it.

Hands down the absolutely worst food I have ordered in five years. I understand it was the $6.99 promotions. But why even Serve it if its gonna cheap and not even worth eating. The cheese steak sandwich had literally no meat. I mean like pinches lol of meat. I had a guest and had to throw it out and start cooking immediately. I swear to you. It was the worst sandwich ive ever seen. Now the pizza. Cheap cheap. Cheese was like fake. Crust dry and just not tasty whatsoever. I'm sorry to be honest here. I would never order Domino's again. Just cheap! Delivery was proof and good. This is strictly on the food. Honestly it was a joke. And the 6.99 and 6.99 turned into $21 out the door. Food was worth about $3-5 it was that cheap.You pay for what you get. Lesson learned.

If 0 stars were an option that’s what I would give. This location is always understaffed, always canceling people’s orders, always missing items, the worst customer service. The employee calls me like it’s my fault I placed an order and cancels it, seriously no clue why this store is still open. 10/10 would recommend closing this store altogether. Would fire the whole staff and start over if it was my place.

We ordered a pizza at 5:38p at 6:50 the tracker still showed “prep”. When we called to find out the status, the said it’s gonna be another hour. This is completely unacceptable. We canceled the order.

Ordered at 8:00pm now going on 9:30pm I call and am told they only have one driver available. As an assistant manager for a pizza place I am astonished that the manager in charge isn’t calling and letting people know ahead of time that the wait time isn’t accurate, and could be close to an hour long if not more.
Been coming in here every once in a while.. The manager Jonathan is the best thing this shop has got keep up the great work! I love coming into this location

Today is my birthday , so I requested this pizza and regret doing so! It was so good from Parma hts , but not this one , the pepperoni had to be picked off tastes weird also where’s the garlic parm seasoning on the crust? Dissatisfied for sure!

EVERYBODY NEEDS TO READ ON THISThe manager “Creedo” or however you say it got the worst customer service in the world. Tried to call this joke of a boss about his business, left me on hold for 20 minutes, just to finally pick up the phone as I’m approaching my doordash customer. (Yes I was calling to complain on my dash shift, here’s why): My girl got E. coli from them. I know “Creedo” or whatever goofball name is up there hadnt known until this review because he hung up on me at 4pm saying he was “busy” and then blocked my number from the store’s phone ?? lol the food was old and soggy and they didn’t even make it correct. But i dont EVER write reviews, THIS right here??? Unacceptable. I don’t care how busy you are, your job as a “manager” is to take care of customers, now I see why he store is floating with sickness and E. coli/Food poisoning. BECAUSE IT’S RAN BY TRASH. ?️ I would NOT eat here, they’ll probably be shut down very soon anyways. Maybe had “Creedo” or “Goofball” as I’d like to say, just listened to a customer who has worked in the pizza industry for 3+ years, and come from being part of a management to a poor restaurant, they wouldn’t be in this mess. Lol.
