There to buy a gift card. It was 1:00 in the afternoon and the drive up line was around the building. There was one gentleman beside myself inside. There was one gentleman who seemed to be running both inside and the line while the other two I didn't see much from. It was extremely busy. The gentleman was very kind and courteous and acknowledged me when I walked in, but the other two employees did not.

STOP!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere. So to start I never paid over $8.75 for 2 iced latte before. Pull up to this Dunkin 2 iced Carmel latte no whip cream. Total $12.00. So I inquired if there had been a price increase. Was told "were a franchise and our owner sets the prices." So this owner feels like he can rip off his customers. And that's ok. Also the worst drink I've ever received. Must be telling them to short people on the espresso as well. Tasted like a $6 cup of milk and Carmel. Like I said give your business to the front Street Dunkin. This owner is a disgrace to Dunkin doughnuts. On the plus side the Employees were very nice, and seems like they deal with the customers complaining with prices a lot.

I bought a cake but unfortunately they couldn’t write the happy birthday on my cake . Manager said the person not available now who write the name on the cake. It’s very disappointing. Why other employees can’t write. Those employees work morning shift they must know how to write on the cake. Please folks if u buy cake please call them first make sure the person there.

I’ve been coming to this dunkin for 5+ years n I use to love it so much but now it’s ran by a bunch of greedy ppl. multiple times I’ve been over charged when they have deals on menu “buy medium drink get 1$2$or3$ food item” I use the app n everything but they seem to ignore the dunkin deals|
