Nomadic Flavors

During my recent visit to Fay Head's Brewery, I decided to test my spice tolerance with their much-hyped "Bay Of Pigs," advertised as the hottest item on the menu. Expecting a fiery explosion of flavors, I was somewhat surprised to find the dish less intense than anticipated. While the flavor was rich and the meat was perfectly cooked, the heat level didn't quite match the fiery reputation it had been given.Despite this, the atmosphere of the brewery was welcoming and lively, a perfect backdrop for a casual dining experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the overall experience quite enjoyable. The beer selection, as expected, was impressive, offering a variety of unique brews that paired wonderfully with the meal. For those seeking a challenge, the "Bay Of Pigs" might not set your taste buds ablaze, but it's still a tasty choice worth trying. Overall, Fay Head's Brewery offers a great vibe and delicious food that makes it a worthwhile visit, even if some dishes might not live up to their spicy promises.

This is a very interesting and cool place to visit. From the beer selection to the facility it self. Being a brewing company with a wide variety of Ales and IPAs for everyone. We loved the self guided tour you can take. It's just a walk around hallway posted on the walls. It tells you the beginning history of the Fat Head Company and how it landed in Ohio. Yes....we purchased a tin sign for the garage.

Not a large food menu, but the burgers are good. The desserts were good as well. The beer is always good. Plenty of parking and restaurant is a large space with high ceilings. prices are reasonable. Yes, I will come here again.

Super cool and fun place to visit. Good food, great beer for every taste preference, and a self-guided tour of the brewery. We bought a couple shirts from the gift shop which were reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

I come here frequently and have always enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, today was the complete opposite of my usual experience. We were with a large group in the bar area. The bartender at the beginning was kind and eager to help us. The bartender that took over(pony tail and red shirt) was rude from the moment he took over. He was apprehensive to serve us for drinks and food. He frequently told us that we should leave as we were ruining his business. I am amazed that a group of 20 people paying for drinks and food were ruining the business. Especially when all other patrons were seated at tables or the bar.

This place really went down hill since I was last there in Spring of 2019. It used to have a welcoming feel where you could hang out with friends and play cards at your table. Now? Well, it feels like a factory where they want to get you in and out ASAP. The hostess both times we went (different each time) was terribly rude. We had 6 in our party and they tried to sit us where 5 would barely fit. The place was empty (they had just opened 30 mins earlier) and we asked to be seated at one of the large tables as we planned to hang out for several hours and play cards. Of course we would be drinking and eating the entire time too. They refused saying the table was for 8 and were not nice about it. So they sat us in a booth for 6 (not comfortable). Not 20 mins later they sat a group of 6 at the exact table we asked to be seated at. Huh?! The servers were attentive, so they have that going for them. The beer was alright, but not like I remembered. Food was typical pub food so nothing to get excited over. All said and done, I will not be returning.

Truly one of the best in Cleveland for food and beer. I recommend trying one of the burgers, you will not be disappointed. Try Crumbleberry as your beer choice. If you haven’t been, this is a must go.
