Overall a really good time. The food was amazing and there service was outstanding. The servers who helped me was named Carol and she was absolutely outstanding. Will most definitely be coming back again.

This was my second visit to the new First Watch in Middleburg Heights and everything was Excellent. Both times I sat at the bar and was served immediately. Servers were attentive and personable. Food and drinks were brought out quickly. I ordered the Tropicsl Sunrise juice and it was full of fresh mango, pineapple, strawberry and lime juice well blended and frothy. For lunch I got the pick 2 with veggie soup that was full of delicious veggies and the turkey avocado blt sandwich that was full of sliced Turkey bacon and avocado. Perfect lunch for a cold day in CLE! Highly recommend First Watch for their fresh high quality food and Excellent service.

Have gone twice since the opening. Both times on Sunday morning. Both times food was cold. First time sent it back and had to wait another 20 minutes to get a remade meal. Spoke to the manager and he did comp both meals (my friend and mine) which was appropriate but still a disappointing experience. Decided to give it another chance this past Sunday. Our three meals were edible but not as warm as you expect or would want. Based on how long it took for them to replace our meals the prior visit, decided just to be disappointed and eat a lukewarm meal. They obviously have a glitch in their kitchen/runner system. Is the third time a charm? It will be some time before I test it. Have been to three other First Watch locations and receiving warm meals was never an issue.

My family and I love first watch. We have been to the medina and rocky river locations on numerous occasions. I was thrilled when I found out one was opening near my home. I have already been to this particular restaurant at least 4x since it opened. You can tell staff is still new and getting the hang of things, but everyone is so kind. If you show a little patience, kindness goes a long way.My most recent experience had a slight hiccup with a to-go order I placed. I contacted the restaurant after hours as it was closed when I got home, but the response was very timely and they handled everything is such a professional way. First Watch doesn't just have my business due to their amazing food, but to the customer service they take pride in. It's a good feeling walking into an establishment even with my 2 year old twins, and being seen as family vs a bothersome.

Came here Saturday at noon and was served by Najah. The app made it so easy to reserve and we were seated within minutes of being there. Najah brought us out food and drinks so quick and we didnt even have to ask for anything additional bc she had already thought of it herself. Great experience!

Went there on a saturday morning. It was extremely busy but I was surprised on how well the staff was managing to work under pressure, calm, fast paced, and very pleasant. Our server was very attentive despite how busy the restaurant was. Our food came out in less than 15 minutes. The food was phenomenal. My family and I, will definitely be back .

We have tried First Watch twice and the food is just okay. The entrees look nice but are very bland tasting especially for the price. The hostess did not greet us or make contact with us til we were being seated. Overall, just a mediocre experience.

We waited over an hour for the table but the front door staff handled it with grace. I also appreciated how honest they were about how long it was going to be. Our expectations were managed perfectly. Also to be an hour behind at the door you couldn’t tell because food came flying out. We were at our table for less time than we waited. Good job first watch!

We checked in online so we didn’t have to wait at the restaurant so long. Showed up after 30 minutes which was the shortest time quoted to wait, and the host told us it would be an additional 45 minutes because they had a ton of people walk in. What’s the point of being able to check in online if they’re going to make you wait that much longer and not prioritize the people who check in online? 15 minutes later, we got the text our table was ready. We had already decided to go somewhere else. Bad customer service. Bad time management. Not to mention the lobby was so full you had to push your way through. God forbid an emergency arose- no one would be able to get out. Management needs to figure it out because what they’re doing isn’t working.
