I am afraid IHOP is no longer what it was a decade ago. It’s unimaginable to me that I paid $18 for T-bone steak that was nearly paper thin and tasted like it was boiled. I compared to Outback and saw that 6oz sirloin meal there is a couple of bucks cheaper with higher quality. Needless to say, utter disappointmebt. Oh, nothing was like in the pics on the menu.

The Zenith Eater

Ihop is known for their pancakes but they have sneaky good, flavorful, and stuffed omelettes. It gets you full, but doesn't overstuff ya.This location is nicely kept and service is quick and fluid. Good spot to grab some breakfast.

They was little short so I was patient they still did a good job there attitudes still remained friendly and professional despite of being very short staffed I was not waiting long order was fresh and correct I ordered steak tips and eggs with hash brown and pancakes and Poblano omellette..

Couldn't place order online, said store may be closed to contact directly.Call store was told indeed they are open. Then was asked to be put on hold to take someone else's order. Said sure.During that time on hold I waited 10 minutes then started to get ready since it was going to be for pick up anyways.Drove all the way there still on hold.Pulled in saw server outside smoking a cigarette, said hi then proceeded inside.Different lady walks up to front counter. Said hi then asked if anyone was on hold. She said she wasn't aware. I then told her I've been on hold for 25 minutes. She then started with a very negative tone that she's short staffed and that dine ins have more priority then online or takes outs. During this time not a single person in the dining room was in view, and the parking lot had less then 6 cars. Dining room had no sound of people talking or eating. But claimed to be super busy. Then tells me someone will be back to take my order and leaves me standing there.Not once apologies for forgetting me on hold.Gives me aditude.Makes me feel like I'm not a priority even though I'm also a paying customer.And then finally leaves me without taking my order.I've worked and managed in food and this is not how you handle a situation like this. I was still going to place an order even after the aditude given people have bad days. But to leave me and go do something else is completely uncalled for and unprofessional.I went to Bob Evens instead. Funny how packed they are. Will not be returning till I find out how this situation was handled. It is not my fault this location is short staffed. It is inappropriate to give a customer aditude for it and it's unprofessional to leave without even finishing or handling the situation.

$26 for JUST ME bannana pancakes, sausage, potatoes and ice teaI almost dropped deadI was good but I ate at max and ermas that night with someone else and paid same amount ?

We were the only people in the restaurant earlier tonight, and were seated at 6:45. We placed our order at 6:52 when our server brought over drinks. The only other people that came in after us were DoorDash/delivery drivers to pick up a few orders, and one other single patron that was seated. At 7:25, we heard our server's voice again from inside the kitchen - she was asking where our order was, because she "thought she put it in a long time ago." Instead of coming to check on us, or apologize for the delay, she disappeared again. We waited another ten minutes with no update, no food, and no one walking out from the kitchen and into the dining room. We left - and there was no one to even *tell* because we didn't see a single employee for almost an hour after our order was taken. I can understand a delay with food when a restaurant is busy, but this was unbelievable.

Place is very dirty. Told the waitress what I wanted, got the opposite ( and she repeated it back). Said I wanted turkey sausage, got plant based sausage (they don't even have turkey sausage the manager said). My son even verified what I ordered!!It was my grandsons 13th birthday and we asked for a special dessert for him... Guess what we got...... Yep! Nothing!! Place is horrible ???
