Best Pizza in the world, I stop at Jets in Mooresville everytime I go to Florida, then I went to Jets in Westlake, then I found one on Pearl Rd in Middleburg Hts. So I bought 3 deep dish pizzas and took the back to my race shop, now all 5 of them are sold on Jets being the best pizza, just like I told them. Sure wish they would put a shop in Medina or Wadsworth Ohio! Thanks Jets!

Nothing special about the atmosphere - it's a take out place.Food is made with quality, fresh items!! And they aren't afraid to give you Cheese - they Cheese to Please!!!Been back twice since my initial visit. Will have to try to get pictures next time before my family attacks the food.

The BEST thick crust, square cut buttery crust pizza!!!!!
Called an order in they said 30 to 40 minutes arrive 40 minutes later and they admitted they haven't even made it yet and it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Also kind of disturbing to see no hair nets being worn especially the chick with long blonde hair with only a claw clip in. Also seeing employees on their cell phones and not washing their hands and seeing smart watches being worn.

Always good quality pizza. We order for pick up often. Occasionally, in the past, when we get home, we realize the order has been wrong, with the wrong pizza toppings or size. But it seems to have been better more recently.

Pizza was very light on sauce. Ryan the manager would offer no compensation and was extremely rude and egotistical. Would bot recommend. Worst customer service possible.

I LOVE the thick crust pizza and NYorkers are my favs! Only had a texting to order issue this last time. I was trying to retext my order, so it didn't go thru. The 1st person I saw when I came in the store told me the order was at the Parma store 7 min away... haha, its NOT 7 min away. And, I did have the right store. But they made the pizza and I didn't mind waiting, I was messing up the text order, so now I know... Our pizza ?was outstanding ? as usual!!???
