Got sent two burnt pizzas. Told me I had to go there to get a refund. They said that this pizza wasn't burnt. You can't tell me black spots all over the pizza isn't burnt. Waste of money would not even give a refund. Very disappointed.
Be careful if you are GF. Ordered a pizza GF and got an original crust. The box was marked GF but it was not a cauliflower crust pizza. When I called to verify I was told supposedly by the person who made it that it was GF. Went to another Marcos and it was NOT! Our family member has Celiacs and was sick within 20 minutes of eating it. She is older and in a nursing home so this isn't a game. You need to be honest - if you're going to be in the GF game - you need to be serious about caring for your customers. This could have been much worse. You get 2 stars because the pizza was delicious... made her sick but she enjoyed it. She just didn't know it was from your pizza - because she believed you :(

I’ve always bought food from here never had a problem until the other night. I order a XL they gave me a Large that had very small slices. The salad they delivered smelled like cigarettes and the food gave me, my husband and kids a stomach virus. If I known this I would’ve never tipped that driver $10. The crazy part about it I’m always tipping. I’m officially done with this place after this.

These WORKERS CANT COUNT TO TEN !! They make manager is VERY RUDE !! (name start with a J) &&. the store manager takes up for him and his attitude towards people if you ain’t gone do your job then leave !! HORRIBLE SERVICE I loved in this area for over 5 years I use to always order from them but this place has turned into a mess. Nothing but kids working eating while making your food and they play over your food I ordered 2 10 pieces of chicken and this is what I got 16 pieces instead of 20 ? I’m sooo out done with this place they lost a loyal customer and I’ll be calling corporate

Every order I have had is delicious! Some people complain. However, I wonder sometimes if it is really Marco's fault? if you don't order correctly, they can't make it correctly! I have done that once, I know it can happen! The staff is always friendly!
Haven't had in a long while. Ordered a large supreme for take out on Friday. It was hot and delicious. Good job.

Tipping is mandatory if you want curbside pickup smh. By the time I arrived and waited then went inside eventually for my order to pick it up it was already cold. Not to mention not cooked the way I asked for it. There are better pizza places than Marco's that offer better service. Lost a long time customer.

Decided to give Marco's a try after years because they had a good deal on an extra large pizza with 2 toppings. The place is small and only for pick up. Located in a small strip center next to a Convenient Store just before train tracks on Smith Road. Free parking. They seemed busy with orders tonight around 7pm with a frazzled older woman with a ponytail taking orders while the young bloods were chillin and making pizzas. We made sure to say please use extra sauce and a garlic oil drizzle on the crust. About 20 min later we came to pick up 2 extra large pizzas. After checking them, we noticed no garlic oil used and they seemed to lack sauce. We had to flag someone down to get some garlic oil and we were given just 1 packet to use? Once we got home to finally eat, we saw how dry the pizza was! Massive amounts of cheese and hardly any sauce. It also felt like the veggies weren't even cooked properly! So imagine bread with globs of cheese, minimal sauce, and a sprinkle of veggies on top barely baked like a pizza. I could barely finish 1 slice! Marco's do better! This was really bad pizza. The staff completely disregarded our request of more sauce, garlic oil, and a well done pizza. I'll stick to Dominos and other chains that are more consistent with their food.
