What I have learned from this restaurant is to never leave without your copy of the receipt. I ate here Saturday evening. Although my waitress was overly nice and apologized way too many times for the long wait we endured to receive our food, I still gave her a twenty dollar cash tip just to go through my account and find that they added an additional fifteen dollars on my bill. I'm heated, but I chose not to leave with my receipt, so I'll just chalk it up as a lesson learned. Thieves... On another note, don't get the gnocchi soup. Mine has four pieces of gnocchi and one piece of chicken. Sad.

My family of 4 came for lunch. My wife and I ordered the salad, bread sticks, and soup. I realized those are not big ticket items but I also ordered the most expensive appetizer. The food that we had was great. Our waiter had to come back twice b/c he couldn't read his writing. We didn't get our appetizer. Pretty quickly we ate the bread sticks, soup, and salad and then just sat there and watched our waiter check on the same table across from us 4 times. Could I have called out to him, maybe, should I need to? Luckily I don't need his help to pay the tab. I included a tip. As we were standing up to walk out he had the balls to ask if we needed anything else. No sir, just time to write a review. Our service was nearly the same the time before. But the food is good...

This is always a go to for us. The food is good and service fast. It’s an easy place to take kids as my picky eaters can always find something to eat plus those endless breadsticks… yummy !!
I visited this place with a friend, and I must say, the service exceeded all expectations. This was our 1st time here. We went for a birthday dinner for a senior. For a group of 20 we were sat at 2 different tables. I think they could of somehow put us together in a much more appropriate way. I ordered an appetizer and after sitting there for about 30 to 45 minutes I realized our group at the other table was eating theirs. When I asked our waitress where's mine? She said that was mine and at the wrong table. While the other guests were enjoying it she picked up the food and took it away telling them it wasn't theirs, before I could say anything about how it would be ok I would pay for it and order another one she was gone. Quite a few ppl were upset including me. After some commenting we got another crew. (FELT SORRY FOR THEM) still saw the waitress creeping in the corner. Well, our orders were submitted before the release of her, but not all of them. So after a bit I decided to ask where our food is. The gentleman Doug checked and asked what our table ordered, apparently our order wasn't submitted. Our food arrived a bit later and some of the food looked like it was under a heat lamp, one of the guest suggested that's what happened. Of course I was the last one served. Then we had to wait to get our bill and those were all mixed up too. I just couldn't wait to get out of there. Not a good 1st time experience ?

I am very upset with the restaurant. Yesterday we had a celebration. My husband, son and I went to eat. The food was cold, the bread was very cold, the salad plate and spoons were dirty, and the floor was dirty. The most important thing is that the place smells very disgusting
