This place is old and tired. The booth needs new seats. The scrambled eggs were so so(I've had better)the potatoes were greasy. The waitress forgot lemon and honey for the tea she had to make 2 trips to get them as she forgot each time. Restaurant was not busy. I know now why I haven't gone here and won't be back. I don't think the price of the food was too much for so so food.

Stopped here at 3 on a Sunday, had not been to a Perkins in awhile. Despite it being uncrowded, we were surprised at there being a wait to be seated. From the time we walked in the door to the time we got our food was a good hour. Why? They were terribly understaffed. Our poor waiter was fantastic . . and appeared to be the only one waiting on all the tables while we were there, he was practically jogging! I would not be surprised if this location isn't around much longer. Our food was okay, I think if I ever came back, idk, it would be for breakfast. I remember them having fantastic pancakes years ago.Dietary restrictions: If u r watching sodium, don't get the gravy on anything, very saltyKid-friendliness: Casual and good for kids

This isn't a 5 star restaurant... nor a 4 or even a 3 by most standards...But it's "home".The servers are genuine. They greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. They remind me of going "home." Plain and simple: They're kind. They're not in a hurry. They want you to be happy.During Covid/lockdown/ 6 ft nonsense... this specific Perkins was my saving grace... because I honestly had nowhere else to go.I love and appreciate the people who work here so much.(P.S. - the Big Country Smasher... the best!)

I walked in at 7:45 Pm as my car was involved in an accident due to snow and "Ohio drivers". I was seeking both warmth and the good food and atmosphere I remember from my youth when coming to Perkins. As I walked in, the older woman at the counter immediately gave me a sour unfriendly look. I then asked her if they were closing,To which she replied "yeah...well I mean at 9 but...." So, as I have been a restaurant manager for many years, I figured an hour and 15 minutes was plenty of time for a warm bite and to wait for the tow truck inside. She then proceeded to utterly ignore me. Another young lady with Tattoos was kind enough to stop closing her section and come seat me. She maintained a friendly attitude and held her end of a conversation. Then after she left 2vmore tables came in. A 2 top, and a 3 top. Both tables got drinks and ordered before I was ever acknowledged. Eventually a young gentleman did come ask if anyone had been over. He brought my coke and soup, no frills , but at least I was able to take a first bite at 8:15. Overall, I would say this was a less than stellar performance.

If I can give a zero I would !!!!!! I sent to pick it up and no one wanted to give me my order when it was sitting right in front behind the counter !!!!! The lady Nicole just walked away didn't say hi didn't welcome me at all and I stood there look at my order and no one came !!! I had to stop someone with what they were doing to ask if I can grab my food for them to only say " NO BUT ILL GRAB IT " the rudest nastiest service ever !!!!! I will never order anything for this place again !!!!!
