I went here with friends on a wim to try something new. We ALL got food poisoning. When we called to ask if they had heard from anyone else there was an issue, we spoke to someone who said they were the owner (Anthony?) and were met with such hostility. I hope he isn't the owner because that is NOT how you treat customers.

Hidden cover charges, I don't mind paying to see a band but don't be shady about it. There's also auto gratuity. If you are paying cash they still take your card to charge if they lose track of things. I have to inspect my bill to see what the scam of the week is here. For example I paid $130 to split a cheeseburger with my girlfriend and have 3 drinks each after fees and gotchas. I would much rather go have a steak dinner than pay $130 for nothing. Shame because the world needs more music bars. Not worth the money but the food is decent and the venue is set up well.In response to the owners reply below I've been there about 4 times in the past 5 or 6 years and the policy has been different every time.

first of all a cover charge ? Really for a band ! And 7.50 for a drink ! At a local bar ! We can get better drinks cheaper at a nicer place won’t ever be back !!!!!!! And you don’t even give the band members the cut sad !
Food was good. The club sandwich was HUGE. We went on a live music night so there was (a) a $10 cover charge--cash only (b) $3 for a water (c) an 18% automatic gratuity. I thought that was a little much.

This place definitely has a hard time understanding what audience they are catering to. We went on a Saturday night around 9:30pm and were the only people there, with club music and DJ playing. Yet on Saturdays we were told there would be a live band? The prices for food were pretty pricey and was even charged $2 for an admission fee?? I don’t know what sort of vibe they are looking for but for being the only people in the bar at the time, it’s ridiculous to charge an admission fee that wasn’t disclosed before sitting down.
