Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The food was very flavorful and you can tell they take care in what they make. Our server was friendly and had an upbeat attitude and took good care of all of us. We all felt they have a good value for their meals and will return many times.

As mad as we were about our experience here, it was like so bad you had to laugh... I called ahead to be out on the list and was told 20 minutes when we arrived. It ended up being a good 45 minute wait. Another half an hour for food that was so disappointing and mostly cold.We watched people be sat and get their food long after we had ordered. We watched many people come and go with takeout also while we were waiting so our expectations were high being that they were busy.I hate to write bad review but I'll be taking the heat from my family for picking this place fro awhile?

This place is really nice and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The BYO pancakes are really good. It comes with 2 very large pancakes and you can choose what you would like on it. The parking is pretty big, but the parking is for the whole plaza.Parking: Located in the plaza of the coffee shop.

My first visit to this cozy coffee shop and restaurant was great. I was there for a late weekday lunch and enjoyed eggs benedict cooked perfectly! The ingredients were fresh and flavorful and the service was quick and friendly. I'll be back when I'm in need of a tasty lunch in Middleburg Heights!
