Honestly I did not even want to write this post but I agree. If I could put negative stars I would as well. The man with the long dark hair (Steve) was very un-professional and disrespectful to me and I had just got a speedy card and started to like the place. To the young lady who was at the register, you were doing a great job, I apologize if thing was confusing but we finally worked together to get the correct item you pointed to last before the cashier jumped in and directed you to the wrong one and your manager had to step in, (understandable) and the first thing he ask me is rude question in a scarastic way, sending me away nearly tearful, (not cool). Management sure have changed in retail these days.I would have never talked to one of my customers that way, he also mentioned I was taking up time, customers hard earned money is how your company pays you and when I turned around to leave no one was behind me in either line(service losted) Good job showing your cashier how to lead by example. I do understand it is hard to find help but good customer service goes along way speedway

This is a nice Speedway. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I got a chocolate donut from here, which tasted pretty good. When I was here at 10:05 pm on a Sunday, the other gas stations across the street were closed, but this one remained open, serving as a beacon of hope from which I could acquire a Donnie to nourish my hunger. I gave this Speedway five stars because it has good donuts and good hours.

If I could select negative stars I would. This was, by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. The black-haired man that kept running his fingers through his hair, being rude and demoralizing, telling me to push my items closer to him (that were already in his reach) after exchanging a few words, I asked him to ring me up, and I’m leaving. He told me he would go as slow as he wanted and told me there’s other places to shop. So, that is exactly what I did! Leaving him to place all my items back on the shelf. Loss of revenue for the business since I was shopping for my work stay. I’ll be sure to spread the word, as we know, word of mouth and reviews go a long way! Go to BP instead!!!

We loved Laredo Tacos in TX. Food was good here. Customer service had a lot to be desired. Girl at front register was very friendly and peppy. Lady working Laredo was one of the rudest food service employees I've come across in a while. No seating for families. Small high top counter that was in use. Seating would be nice.

I just purchased a coffee drink and a glass bottle. Once I started to unscrew the calf, I noticed the cap was loosened already. I tried to return it, and the manager told me that he didn’t watch me open it since I “already took it outside” he would not refund my money. So everyone out there, make sure you try all your food and drink in the store before you leave!

Worst speedway around. You’ll wait in line 40 minutes for a drink and the workers will be rude to you as well. Won’t go there anymore. Corporate should inspect that store the managers and employees.

Very rude and racist to Non Caucasian people. The lady who works in a cafe was very rude and unclean. She got upset because I asked her to change her gloves before serving me. Upon ordering my food she told me that I shouldn't order this PATICULARitem because of price it's my food and my money. Shame on me for eating out of a gas station anyway. And also the restrooms are also very disgusting.

My boyfriend who is African American went in to purchase food from the Cafe and the guy working walked rite past him to the white guy who walked up after my boyfriend... then the cashier was extremely rude... we didn't even end up spending our money there... just horrible
With the points I earned I paid $21 to fill my tank(12/08/2022)! So grateful for that.

I Work a night shift position nearby and frequent this speedway between 1-3 am.. in the past 2 weeks only two of the lovely attendants had fresh hot food readily available. Upsets me that after busting my hump at work doing MY JOB, I walk into an establishment and 2 of their employees are talking in the back with no food ready NOT doing their jobs. My 3 stars go to Monday and Tuesday night shifters… thank you, I appreciate you more than you know.

Stopped here for a cup of coffee before hopping on the freeway. The have a ton of choices for iced coffee, lattes, Chai, americanos,and more. Huge slushie selection, and they had a Laredo Taco inside! I was so stunned. The Speedway by my house is a complete joke compared to this one. The guy working the register was friendly as well. Plenty of gas pumps and parking.
