The lady that took care of me today on 4-1-24 I didn’t catch her name but she was fantastic! I felt bad she was working alone but she didn’t let it stop her from providing great customer service and making an amazing sub. The store was so clean as well and she was so kind!!

I went in around 1:30 (2/10) and there was one worker. She had multiple online orders due to a special going on. She also had people in line. She greeted me when I came in and said she will be with me as soon as possible. She did a great job preparing the subs and we had a great convo. Although she may have been overwhelmed she did a great job.

Good service and location. The poor kid that was working tonight deserves a raise. He was by himself, but handling it like a champion. I eat here about once a month, as I work just up the road from here.

Came in for online promotionPromotion did not adjust on App and paid full price on a free item. Staff were helpful but could not offer refund. Very disappointed

I ordered four sandwiches last week two wraps and two subs they were all wrong I ordered them on the app called Friday night to tell them and still a manager has not called me back. it’s now been a week! how do you mess up a wrap that is a chicken bacon ranch and you get rotisserie chicken with no bacon no ranch. One of the subs was simply supposed to be a spicy Italian with two items on it and it had like seven different things on it I will never order from this place again definitely after not getting a phone call back about how bad my orders were messed up
