I just stopped in here tonight with my family of 5. We were really excited to try this place out, as we usually go to Robeks. We walked in and the inside was really nice and clean. However, why could have been a nice experience was completely ruined by the customer service. 2 young girls working- both very rude. Looked like they were very miserable and were bothered by our existence and needing to take our order. I had questions about some of the smoothies, but the girl taking our order had attitude and made us uncomfortable. We paid $40 in smoothies tonight- that's a lot for getting drinks. You'd at least expect better customer service.

When it first opened it was as amazing. The quality in the staff and product has take a huge dip. The employees look mad you’re ordering from there. Used to be greeted with a hi and smile. This store used to be a favorite, now I won’t think twice to go.

Service is horrible not to mention the manager walks around with an attitude every time. The kale and apple slaw had gone bad so I called to let them know. The manager said nothing but sorry about that with an attitude!! That’s why I don’t like going to this location.

Tropical smoothie is a higher standard brand name, this staff was weak, I was a pleasant customer, no greeting no your welcome, felt like I was ordering food in a library and everyone was mad they were there. This location needs a new team asap.Food taste better when the service is good

Wayyyy too much sugar. I got the protein shake and it tasted like i was drinking empty calories. Please adjust your recipe to include no added sugar because banana and chocolate shouldn't need added sugar. Definitely sticking with Pulp instead of Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Terrible ‘buffalo’ wrap, two pieces of chicken with ordinary hot sauce on it. Left me sitting outside for a curbside pickup even tho they were slow.Smoothie decent tho makes the 1 star 2

Mediocre smoothies. I only saw one price on the board so asked "Is there only one size?" And I was told "yes". So after overpaying (bc almost $7 for a 24oz smoothie is ridiculous, I see the sign showing there are kid sizes. And I have two CLEARLY young children with me (5 & 7). But it was too late. So I feel scammed bc I could have made better smoothies at home but was trying to stay away bc my husband needs to sleep. Mine isn't even blended well so I keep having to move the straw around so it's not stuck closed on chunks of ice. Overall "meh" experience. Won't bother going back.

Great customer service. Many changes since the last bad reviews. It was a wonderful experience. I had the slaw, strawberry flatbread and peanut butter cup smoothie. I will be going back! I haven't been to other locations, but for now it was worth the trip. The cashiers were polite and very knowledgeable about their products. I went there approximately at 8:15p.
