The food is always good. After all; they do have the meats! The service and atmosphere were less than I expected, though. There was only one young gal at the registers. Her first day. I sympathized with her as she repeatedly apologized to the customers ahead of me for not yet knowing the register. Yet, I couldn’t help but notice the large group of idle employees in the back that might have spared someone to train her. They were rather loud and vulgar in their conversation, so I ordered to go. My order was wrong, but I had already waited so long already and I didn’t feel confident that the situation would improve by addressing it. This is one of my favorite restaurants, so I will definitely give this location another shot. Fingers crossed! ??

It's hard give it a 1. Place a online order and said someone else took it. So must just thought they were my order name. And was told that nothing they could do. No refund so was back and forth for 10 minutes and then decided to make my food and blond hairs was in it. Go figure.. and made poorly.and wrong sandwiches. and this was Monday Feb 5th. Maybe need codes for now on .. then give someone else your hard earn money food. Customer is right.

We were placing an online order and called to ask if I could get a plain unseeded bun as I had just had my wisdom teeth removed, and I can’t have seeds rn. They said that they could do it they just need the name on the order, we gave it to them and when we picked it up I checked and both sandwiches were on the normal beef and cheddar buns. I went in to tell them of the mistake and get the right sandwich, they then gave me a sandwich on a sesame bun. When I went in again the lady, who I assume was the manager, asked me “what’s wrong with it this time?” And when I told her I can’t have seeds she mockingly told the line cook that she needed another one. I will not be returning to the Middletown location again.
