Poorly served and didn’t even get my order right. Food sort of cold and didn’t even give me all my drinks. I’m at the drive thru right. I ask for my receipt and tell me to come in to get. Very bad customer service

Downgraded to a 2 star due to the evening shift at this store not understanding the simple concept of customer service. Expect the customer to tell their kids to stop eating the part of the order that was right to return it all so they can fix their mistakes. This is why fast food should never make more than minimum wage they simply don't care.

I don't frequent BK very often. Just haven't had good experiences at this chain in the past. Today, I tried the fish sandwich. I was a bit overwhelmed by the price tag. $5.09 for just the sandwich. Requested a fresh sandwich at that price. Was told the sandwich had not been sitting any longer than 30 minutes. I asked for a fresh one anyway since it was after lunchtime, and I really didn't want a cold or stale sandwich. The guy at the first window did not relay the request for a freshly cooked item, so it was a bit uncomfortable for a minute there.The very sweet/cute manager brought the sandwich out to me, and I learned more about their process. Usually, they will drop fish fresh at the time of order. And all one needs to do is ask. I will always ask. There's nothing like paying full price for fast food and receiving stuff that has been sitting around waiting for me to come get it.The sandwich was OK. Certainly, it's not anything truly remarkable. It was indeed fresh, though. At least the fish was. The bun was slightly stale, and I truly dislike the chopped lettuce they all want to use on sandwiches these days. A leaf would be so much tastier and tidier. Plenty of pickles. Maybe a few too many, but those can be taken off.I am still in search of a delicious fish sandwich near me.

Every time I order from here the food is cold or burnt don't matter if I order from Uber eats or straight delivery from the store it's always the same. I never get napkins or anything I ask for extra n there is always a food item missing this is the 2nd shift crew! Not sure what the prob is but I usually love getting burger king but not from this location on 2nd shift

I prefer to eat there in the dining room but why do they have Fox News blaring from both TV's ALL DAY LONG? Do we need the constant drumbeat of politics 24/7 or can I please at least have something to eat without having to listen to partisans idiots on the news ranting and raving and disseminating racist tropes and stolen election lies?

Ordered a number 9 no lettuce and also a classic chicken wrap no tomato. The sandwich was fresh but was smothered in mayo. The wrap left a lot to be desired. The piece of chicken was no bigger than a nugget. So it was essentially a lettuce wrap. Was there supposed to be any kind of cheese? Idk. The fries were hot and fresh though.

Iam at the one in middletown Ohio 10pm I'm 4 bucks short on my order and without any Hesitation Alex the guy taking my order give me the 4 bucks with a smile man just when I thought we where all lost. Great all around service, food, and employees. Ty so much Alex and BK made my day.

The man taking my order was very rude often rushing us to make decisions. As someone who hasn't been to a Burger King in a while, I was looking to see what I would like. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make a very good decision due to the fact I felt like I had to answer right away. We were the only people in line at the moment so there was no need to be rushed. I'm very disappointed in how long it took them to get our food to us despite not being that late. I have worked in the customer service industry for 5 years now and this is no way to act or treat customers. There is no need for them to be mumbling under their breath snide and rude comments to where customers can hear them.
