This has been our go to pizza place for the last several Fridays. I would give it 5 stars but on 4.30.21 the phone just rang with no answer. I tried to get through for 45 minutes before ordering from elsewhere. Pizza is really good reminds me of Marion's, pretzel sticks are amazing.

The pizza and pretzel sticks were nothing short of delicious! However, we ordered via Yelp/Grubhub and delivery took over an hour and a half (closer to two hours). Next time would order direct from Don's Pizza.

I waited 3 hours for the food I order. And still haven't received it. I called the restaurant and they told me that the driver should be coming in soon( which was a obvious lie because restaurants like these say that to get you to stop calling but ok I bought.) I called again... still waiting for the food this time I was told the store was closed 40 minutes before there supposed to be closed... I ask about my food and was told that delivery driver was backup and had four orders I said "ok" I called 4 more times and could because they close in ten minutes I could here the phone being picking answered and hung up and pretty sure they blocked my phone # because it wouldn't let me call anymore. This place is a straight 8min drive from my house and I still haven't received any of my fucken food and I payed in advance for grub hub

First time tried this... great ingredients and good curbside pickup due to Covid19 virus... Got the Family size meat pizza and it tastes great !!

This was our first time trying out Don's, the pizza was pretty good. It was loaded with toppings and the cheese garlic bread was really good. I am not sure if the lady working was having a bad day, but her customer service was terrible. We will definitely try this place out again, hoping for a bit better service.

We were put on hold and they never came back to the phone THREE times before finally getting someone who took our order. Ordered and paid for a pizza and salad but only got the pizza. I had to chase the driver to her car to tell her we didn't get our salad. She had to go back to the restaurant to get it. The pizza was not cut all the way through. We had to tear it apart. Not impressed.

Great food and great people! Stepped out and got the pizza sub, mom got the ham and cheese calzone. They killed! Nick is the bomb and a cool guy! Makes the best ‘zones around. Give the crew a raise 2021!

We ordered several carry-out pizzas for a work lunch. The service and food quality were top notch. This is my new go-to pizza place for the Middletown area as long as they maintain this level of quality.
Thanks for helping out our little get together of 4!! The delivery driver was awesome. Very polite and we received it early.

The atmosphere was just like the pizza joints our coaches took as to after a game(win or lose) when we were kids, big screen ?, family fun environment and super clean.The pizza was amazing the crust cooked to golden perfection,the salad was LARGE and super fresh...now on the matter of customer service ;wow it was really nice to have it!!! The staff was clean,knowledgeable,quick...made me feel like the most important customer of their day,walked me thru the menu and helped me know each item I asked about and they have a party room.This place checks all the boxes for me!!...a win win?

This is very good ... we prefer thin crust pizza and request it well done to have crunchy crust. Its hit or miss ... less consistent than original location in Germantown. We live about same distance from both locations ... the Germantown is must better but often times cant reach them. Middletown always answers so sometimes easier to order here. Usually Very good... recommend it but also try the Germantown location.
