Food is usually pretty rough. Service is middletowns finest. Atmosphere is like a bar.DoorDash from here and their wings don’t include ranch. I called and asked if I could get ranch, they said they couldn’t. I tried to add it through door dash, it was $9 after fees, taxes, etc.

Terrible dining experience. Server was rude from the beginning. Paid for loaded fries. Plate came out with barely warm fries, hardly any bacon, cheese or onions. Brought that to the servers attention and she just stared at me. Asked her to take them back and have them add more as they charge .99 cents per topping. It was an $8 plate of fries. She walked away with attitude and shaking her head. I was very polite with my request. Could see her at the bar complaining to the manager. I had to walk over and tell him I had a legit complaint. Been here many times and never had a bad experience until today. She also sent another server to the table with our checks. Zero customer services or people skills in general. Will never come back to this location.

IDK why so many negative reviews. I've been here 2x in past few months after not having been here in a few yrs. I always call mine in and pick up. No issues at all. Get exactly what I asked for and the wings are great!I'll be back for a carry out!

Not at all what I was expecting for hot wings. Food was fresh but tasted funny, they have breading on their wings, and gave me a lot of jumbo sized wings I did not eat. I’m not at all into overly big chicken. So I ended up paying $15 for 4wings, ranch, and celery. 6 wings I couldn’t force myself to eat had a weird chemical taste. If you are a true wing lover not be the spot for you. Also hot wings are not hot.

I had a very terrible experience. My daughter and I visited on October 18, 2023 around 530pm. Only 8 people at the bar. Did not see anyone eating food. There were 8 tables occupied. A waitress took our drink order. We ordered two Pepsis. We ask her to come back for our food order. This was our second time coming to this place. The waitress took our order. An order of chicken chunks, mini corn dogs, a dinner salad, and an order of mini sliders. Then a couple comes in about 10 minutes after we ordered our food. They received their appetizers their meals while we at this time waited 30 minutes without any food, the waitress coming back to state your food is coming, or asking us if we want refills. Not good. As my daughter and I were leaving, the waitress ask how can she help us. I told her we were leaving due to her inattentiveness and people getting their appetizer and food after being seated after us. All she said I am sorry. She did not try to offer us anything to make us stay to make it up to us like saying let me speak to my manager. Not a thing. Also the floor was sticky. Your shoes made noises when you walk on it. Would not recommend.

Ordered the 50 tender family fest. Requested Mild and Sweet Chili sauce on the side in cups. Ordered extra lil kicker and blue cheese and additional cost. When I got home I did not receive the Sweet Chili or the mild sauce I called and spoke with a young lady about the missing sauce, who was very polite and said they would be waiting for me along with several Fricker Bucks. When I arrived to pick up the missing sauce, I was met with a very rude male Mgr who stated that I in fact did get my sauce. He was referring to the individual Lil kicker and blue cheese. When I told him the mild and sweet chili was missing, he scothed at that and said I did get them and that I probably left them in my car. He very reluctantly gave me the missing sauce and immediately walked away. I also did not receive the Fricker Bucks as promised.
